Just sitting here ...bored out of my skull...I am sure you know how it is...I am on the go all times....not anymore,my man put a stop to that...looking through some books I found this one of a very nice and gentle person that I had the good fortune to know and work with at he casino....his name is "BI NGUYEN".Bi wrote a book of Poetry...it was published in 2001....the title was "SADNESS WITHIN"....Bi receive a great letter from the Selection Committee...his poem was selected...we all was so proud of Bi...he was a semi-finalist. Bi had been in the Us less than a year...He states "MAY"this good result be a happiness for me,my family and my comtemporary friends.The name of the poem is "THIS GIFT IS A HOPE"....at the time I was a table game supervisor...BI was a slot attendant....I have met so many people that have left a lasting affect on me...some good,some bad....all in all there was more good than bad...BI my friend ,where ever you are,I hope you are well......
P.S. Bi I still have my autograph copy of your book of poetry (GIGGLES)
He sounds like a very creative guy.You're lucky if you meet a few of those in your lifetime.They are becoming rare.
ReplyDeleteI didn't know what to write for a post tonight.After Karate,I asked the boys for ideas.Sam described in gory detail how his friend got his front tooth knocked out in hockey practice.I don't think that will work.
Got to take Nana to heart specialist tomorrow.She's very weak.
She just wants them to stop poking and prodding and sending her from doctor to doctor.I agree.They should let her pass with some dignity.
I'm watching "Criminal Minds".I really like that show.CSILV,not so much any more.Not that Laurence F isn't a good actor.He's quite good,but it's just not the same feeling,that justice will prevail and Grissom will solve everything.
