One of the problem I can remember was that people stole all the building materials every night. They even tried to steal a bathtub but couldn't load it into their car I guess,so we found it outside. We built outside of the city,so there were no police patrols. We found out later almost all our neighbours took something. They knew the contractor was insured. All those people became our friends.

  46. My uncle Jack(the native Canadian)was a very spiritual kind of man.He was at one with nature. He taught me how to fish, gave me one of his hunting dogs and taught me how to sit very still in the forest until the animals would come out of hiding. He could get wild birds to land on his hands.I worshipped him and wanted to be just like him.

  47. Maybe your mom was a spiritual lady. They seem to leave a spiritual footprint behind on the earth that we can sometimes feel.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I've lost touch with Jack's children.I've lost touch with so many people over the years. We've had so much grief, there wasn't room for anything else, and when you have an ilness like mine(a weird illness)you don't have much energy anymore.

  55. You said a very wise and profound thing, about letting hate go and letting good forces in.I wish I could always live by that.

I have a very low immune system. It has a lot of weird side effects, and I have to be careful.I have serious allergies to almost everything and the environment is toxic to me.Have you heard of the boy in the plastic bubble?I have a similar illness, not as bad.I had to stay in a special environment for three years,12 hours a day to give my immune system some relief.
My grandson Zach inherited it.He can't eat any food.I'll explain someday.
