Chilling Quotes

“We serial killers are your sons, we are your husbands, we are everywhere. And there will be more of your children dead tomorrow”
Do you feel it? That shudder going down your spine?
This is one of the creepiest quotes I’ve ever read. And it comes from the mind of notorious serial killer Ted Bundy.

Ted Bundy was a criminal psychopath. He raped, tortured and killed tens of women in the 1970s. The total number of his victims is still unknown. And while he confessed to murdering 30 women, experts estimate that the actual number goes as high as 100, and perhaps more!
The story of Ted Bundy is quite fascinating (I don’t know if fascinating is the right expression here). He was intelligent, well-educated and good looking. He managed to attract tens of women and lured them into his car, among other places, for he had a remarkable charisma.
Killing, for Ted Bundy, wasn’t about hate or revenge, although many of his victims looked somewhat like the love of his life whose break up left him devastated. For him, killing was about possession, he wanted to feel powerful, in control, and taking another life was his way to accomplish that. This thinking was obvious in both his words and actions. He would usually keep the heads of his victims in his house and even apply make up on them! Pictures for some of the women he killed were also found hanging on his wall and window!

He seems to have been proud of it. In one of his interviews, he said:
"You feel the last bit of breath leaving their body. You're looking into their eyes. A person in that situation is God!"
Intelligence was one of Ted’s advantage points. He had an estimated IQ of 113. He graduated with a degree of psychology from the University of Washington, this academic background clearly served him in committing his crimes. In fact, on one of his trials, he acted as his own lawyer. Later on that year, he escaped custody, and this wasn’t the only time, he did it again on another occasion.

This man was a master manipulator, sadistic, inhuman. Even his own lawyer described him as being "The very definition of heartless evil". Ironically, it seems that he himself also shared the same view. In one of the interrogations, he was recorded saying this:
"I'm the most cold-hearted son of a bitch you'll ever meet."
On January 24, 1989, Ted Bundy was executed by electric chair at the Florida State Prison. And while his life ended on that day, his story remained a source of fascination. It has been the inspiration for a number of movies and books ever since.
If you’re interested to know more about what goes in the mind of a mastermind criminal, I recommend this book:

"A clown can get away with murder."
At first, this quote may seem innocent and transparent. It essentially says, “Clowns can get away with more than a normal person because they are funny and innocent seeming.”
That is, until you realize who said it. This line was said by this man:

John Wayne Gacy.

Between the years of 1972 and 1978, Gacy captured, sexually assaulted, and murdered at least 33 teenage boys and young men.
During the majority of this time, Gacy also performed as “Pogo the Clown”, a character he had devised, at children’s parties, fundraising events and more.
Because of these two things, John Wayne Gacy became known as “The Killer Clown.”
Knowing all of this, read the quote again:
"A clown can get away with murder."
Not so innocent anymore, is it?

"People will just believe you. You just tell them and they believe you"

Donald Trump

Words spoken by Donald Trump -  The 45th President of the United States of America.
Billy Bush, while discussing his encounters with the Donald back when he was the star of a highly rated TV show, The Apprentice, attributed this quote and also, “Grab’em by the pussy,” to Donald Trump.
"It occurred in another off-camera conversation — after I called him out for inflating his ratings": “People will just believe you. You just tell them and they believe you,
True enough, we all are witnesses to how then candidate ,now the leader of the free world lives by this quote to get what he wants. His book Art of the Deal resonates messages akin to this quote.
I think most people still do not get him. Trump can be funny, at times charming and occasionally, generous. To rule Donald Trump a racist is convenient (and partly true), he doesn’t seem to be concerned about your race as long as you have something he wants. At the same time, he wouldn’t hesitate using methods that are racially insensitive to achieve his goals.
There’s no question he’s a sexist. Although, pathological liar is his real character and he knows for sure he can get away with it. As a businessman, TV personality, leader and human being, this trait of his basically dictates his life and behavior. He also appears to be a coward disguised as a bully.
Now, if the person sitting in the highest office of the nation believes that a lie, told blatantly, is as good as the truth and that fact doesn’t ‘chill’ you, I can’t imagine what would.
History has not been kind to people in power who have similar traits.

"Don’t forget to show my head to the people. It’s well worth seeing."

Georges Danton

It’s 5th of April 1794. It is the execution day of one of the pioneers of French Revolution, Georges Danton. Danton who fails to catch up to the exponentially growing extremism of the Jacobin Club and it’s leaders (Robespierre, Marat etc.) finally falls out with them. Known for his down to earth and friendly character Danton does not advocate the Reign of Terror and the execution of Louis XVI like his contemporaries. This falling out with the Jacobin Club eventually leads to his accusation of betrayal to the cause of the Revolution. The accuser was of course the infamous Maximillien Robespierre, his former best friend.
Danton, a witty man he is, says these last, utterly chilling words to his executioner while being prepared for the Guilliotine .
By the way, his executioner complied with his request.

Chilling quotes, or more  accurately, predictions from the great prophet, Nostradamus

Prediction:
"From the depths of the West of Europe,
A young child will be born of poor people,
He who by his tongue will seduce a great troop;
His fame will increase towards the realm of the East.

Beasts ferocious with hunger will cross the rivers,
The greater part of the battlefield will be against Hister.
Into a cage of iron will the great one be drawn,
When the child of Germany observes nothing."
Historical reality:
Adolf Hitler:
On April 20, 1889 Hitler was born in Austria to very poor parents.
Hitler moved Germany to action in the years following WW I, in part, (who by his tongue) through his powerful oratory skills.
(His fame will increase towards the realm of the East.) may be alluding to the Axis alliance with Japan in the East. (Hister may very well be a spelling error.)
The German Army invaded France (Beasts ferocious with hunger will cross the rivers) and the "greater battlefield" refers to the Allied Powers overcoming Hitler.

Prediction:
"Near the gates and within two cities
There will be scourges the like of which was never seen,
Famine within plague, people put out by steel,
Crying to the great immortal God for relief."
Historical reality:
The Atomic Bomb:
In August 1945, the US deployed 2 atomic weapons on 2 Japanese cities (within two cities) Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
The suffering endured by those in the blast and the radiation poisoning suffered by those who escaped the immediate detonation (Crying to the great immortal God for relief).

This quote comes from a serial rapist, burglar and killer known as the Night Stalker or by his real name - Richard Ramirez. Victim count - 14 people.

“If there is a God, he will have to beg my forgiveness.”

A prisoner carved this phrase on the walls of a concentration camp.
While it is not known who wrote it, or where it was written, (probably Mauthausen), it’s sadly obvious what it means.
This person, presumably a Jew, has lost all hope. He/she has resigned him/herself to death.
For atheists, it’s a pretty strong argument in their favor: If there is a god, then why would he allow this?
If there is a god, or if there is not, this chilling quote symbolizes the loss of hope and the despair that eleven million people suffered during The Holocaust, mankind’s darkest moment.

“The death of one man is a tragedy, the death of a million is a statistic.”

Cryptic and  dispassionately chilling was Joseph Stalin’s remark to American ambassador Averill Harriman in 1945: “The death of one man is a tragedy, the death of a million is a statistic.”
During his career Stalin on his own terms was responsible for many statistics.
In the 1930s the Soviet state collectivised its farms. Another quote from Stalin in this period was,
“ In order to oust the 'kulaks' as a class, the resistance of this class must be smashed in open battle and it must be deprived of the productive sources of its existence and development. ... That is a turn towards the policy of eliminating the kulaks as a class.”
Smash them he did. Aleksander Solzhenitsyn estimates death from executions and famine as a result of collectivisation were more than 6 million people. Lev Kopelev, who later became a Soviet dissident, explained the conditions: “ It was excruciating to see and hear all of this. And even worse to take part in it. ... And I persuaded myself, explained to myself. I mustn't give in to debilitating pity. We were realizing historical necessity. We were performing our revolutionary duty. We were obtaining grain for the socialist fatherland.”
Stalin was responsible for the death of many other millions. His Great Purge of the latter 1930s killed another million including many leaders of the Red Army, which left the Soviet Union lacking sound leadership when Hitler invaded.
In the Katyn Forest, 22,000 Polish leaders were massacred .

Of the 170,000 German soldiers who surrendered at Stalingrad, only 6,000 survived to be repatriated. According to Soviet records altogether 381,067 German POWs died in Soviet custody. However, German historian RĂ¼diger Overmans maintains that it seems entirely plausible, while not provable, that one million died in Soviet custody.

Trump offered gold toilet by Guggenheim Museum in place of Van Gogh

President Trump asked for a Van Gogh but was refused the loan, instead, he was offered an 18-karat toilet called 'America'.

The toilet has been at the Guggenheim  for a year

Donald Trump has been offered an 18-karat gold toilet after he was denied his request of a fragile Van Gogh as a loan for the White House during his presidency.
As is customary, the US President and his first lady put in a request with the Guggenheim for a loan one of its famous works for the halls of the White House, but the New York museum denied the loan of' Landscape In The Snow'.
However, they did offer an alternative - a solid gold fully-functioning toilet called 'America'.

The fully functioning gold toilet was used by more than 100,000 visitors
The piece has drawn comparisons with Trump's lifestyle and presidency

The toilet was installed in the Guggenheim for a year, and was used by thousands of people.
In an email obtained by the Washington Post, the museum had explained the piece the Trumps requested was too fragile to be moved but for the rarest occasions, but they would send all the cleaning and installation instructions should they wish to have the toilet in their home instead.
The piece, created by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan as Mr Trump announced his intention to run for the presidency, has been compared with the billionaire, not just by the Guggenheim's outspoken chief curator.
In a blog post on the Guggenhem website, Nancy Spector wrote: "Like all of Cattelan's most complex works, this sculpture is laden with possible meanings."
"The gold toilet - a cipher for the excesses of affluence - was available for all to use in the privacy of one of the Guggenheim’s single-stall, gender-neutral bathrooms. More than one hundred thousand people waited patiently in line for the opportunity to commune with art and with nature."

The fully functioning gold toilet was used by more than 100,000 visitors

"Yet it was the Trump reference that resonated so loudly during the sculpture's time at the Guggenheim. When the artist proposed the sculpture in mid-2015, Donald Trump had just announced his bid for the presidency. It was inconceivable at the time that this business mogul, he of the eponymous gilded tower, could actually win the White House.
"When the sculpture came off view on September 15, Trump had been in office for 238 days, a term marked by scandal and defined by the deliberate rollback of countless civil liberties, in addition to climate-change denial that puts our planet in peril."

The  sculptor Cattelan

The piece was also intended to act as a great leveller - proving that what ever one eats for lunch, whether it cost $200 or $2, the results are much the same.
The White House has not yet responded to requests for comment, and the Guggenheim said it had nothing to add.
Mr Cattelan  is quoted as saying: "What's the point of  life? Everything seems so absurd until we die and then it makes sense."

Melania Trump makes unexpected Florida trip, skips Davos

New York Daily News           ELIZABETH ELIZALDE            Jan 25th 2018
First Lady Melania Trump arrived in Florida unexpectedly Thursday after visiting the Holocaust museum in D.C. and canceling her trip with President Trump to Switzerland.

Trump’s government plane landed in Palm Beach International Airport before her motorcade was seen leaving the airport, CNN reported.

It’s unclear why she was in West Palm Beach. Trump’s spokeswoman didn’t immediately respond to a Daily News request for comment.

Earlier in the day, Trump visited the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C., to honor the millions of Jews who were killed by the Nazis and to pay tribute to International Holocaust Remembrance Day, which is on Saturday.

“Thank you @HolocaustMuseum for a powerful & moving tour that honors the millions of innocent lives lost, and educates us on the tragedies and effects of the holocaust,” FLOTUS tweeted, along with photos of her touring the museum.

The First Lady was supposed to accompany her husband President Trump to Davos, Switzerland, for the World Economic Forum this week.

But she cancelled her trip last minute because of scheduling and logistics issues, the White House said.

Melania Trump’s Florida break comes amid reports about the President’s alleged affair with porn star Stormy Daniels over a decade ago.

The Wall Street Journal first reported Daniels received $130,000 from Michael Cohen, Trump’s lawyer, as part of a non-disclosure agreement to cover up the affair.

Trump denied the allegations, and Daniels said she’s never received hush money.

Lets hear  from Witchy :  This sh*t will drive you to drink.

I feel for her BUT she and her son basically flew on an empty plane down to Palm Beach. The taxpayer cost of that is thousands and thousands of dollars. When the final tab comes in for this President I think Americans will be floored at what the family cost us. (sorry  tRUMP  lovers, there is no comparison with Obama or Bush, the  tRUMPs  are in a greedy league of their own). Then when we subtract all  his golf days, we will see the insane cost of paying this guy and his family for very few days work. Nauseating family - and soon impeachable.

As far as his cheating ways, yes, since she was one of the women he cheated with while married to Marla. As for his becoming POTUS, I seriously doubt that. Just look at some of his rhetoric during the primaries and campaign, and I am not talking about his "nicknames" of his opponents. Every time he opened his mouth, he said something more outrageous than before, yet those red states ate up every lie out of his mouth.

Why the Fuzz are Kids eating Tide Pods ??

Social media has spawned a lot of flaky trends, but the so-called “Tide Pod Challenge” certainly ranks as one of the most bizarre. News reports that large numbers of teenagers have been daring one another to eat the popular laundry detergent packets (and post videos of themselves doing so) has prompted alarm and mystification among both parents and health officials alike.

Is the Tide Pod Challenge for real?

Many people believe the fad is exaggerated and something of a hoax, but there also been a number of deaths and hospitalizations. What exactly is behind this strange craze? Here are some things you need to be aware of.
  • In the first half of January, poison control centers in the United States handled 39 cases of intentional Tide Pod ingestion.
  • Young people have been posting viral videos of themselves supposedly consuming the pods. (Facebook and Youtube have since promised to remove these videos). As one college student, Donald Ray Corwin, explains “I look at [the social media] memes every day; they can be very fun, but they can also be very harmful.”
  • Many digital users are attracting widespread attention by doctoring product photos, concocting fake recipes and showing foods supposedly made with Tide laundry pods (see below). Virtually all of these appear to be intended to be humorous.

 New cure for Alzheimers

Undoubtedly, for many people, the mania surrounding fad is simply an opportunity to engage in some dark humor.

Why Tide Pods are so dangerous

Public health officials remain deeply concerned about the whole fad. Last year, poison control centers reported that they received 10,571 claims of children five years or younger that had some sort of adverse exposure incident with the pods.
The chemicals in the laundry pods contain chemicals that can cause severe burns to the mouth, the esophagus, the stomach and the respiratory tract.
Other health issues ingesting the pods can cause include:
  • Immediate damage to tissues in the nose, mouth and eyes
  • Long-term injury to the lungs
  • Kidney damage
  • Severe gastrointestinal problems
  • Sudden changes in blood pressure
  • Neurological issues (including loss of consciousness)
In short, ingesting Tide Pods can be deadly. To get the word out about the dangers of consuming the Tide Pods, New England Patriot tight end, Rob Gronkowski, recorded a video discouraging the practice, which has garnered almost eight million views.

How did this craze get started?

No one knows how the Tide pod challenge got started. However, shortly after the product was introduced, in 2012, Senator Chuck Schumer, of New York, said “I don’t know why they make them look so delicious.”
Almost immediately, health concerns began to mount as a number of young children began inadvertently biting into them because they mistakenly believed the pods were candy. Within a matter of months, consumer safety agencies felt compelled to alert families to the dangers these products could cause if misused.
The hazards of kids eating detergent pods hardly seems like a laughing matter or the stuff for comedic fodder. But 2015, The Onion (a satirical online magazine) published a humorous op-ed, supposedly from the perspective of a toddler, in which the author promised to eat those “multi-colored detergent pods.” No one can really say if this article played a role in the development of the current craze. We may not know the origin but we do know that craziness is contagious. Maybe Trump supporters eat Tide pods. That would explain a lot.

What Would Happen If Melania and Donald Trump Got a Divorce?

We asked high-profile divorce attorneys to speculate on the prenup—and what a presidential breakup would look like.
by CORYNNE CIRILLI                   JAN 12, 2018
Eavesdrop on a steakhouse lunch between divorce attorneys and you’re likely to hear them engaging in their current favorite sport: speculating on the marital arrangement between Donald and Melania Trump. “We love talking about it,” one recently told me. “What’s in the prenup? Did it get renegotiated during the campaign, or after he won? How would a split play out?... It’s irresistible conversational fodder.”

During his two previous divorces, Trump stuck mostly to the prenup; although Ivana Trump contested it, she reportedly got $14 million, a New York apartment, a Connecticut mansion, and Mar-a-Lago once a year, as well as $650,000 annually for alimony and child support. Marla Maples contested hers, too, and is said to have been awarded around $2 million.

But now that the stakes are higher, we asked a few of the country’s top matrimonial lawyers for their take on what could happen if the first couple were to split.

T&C: HOW IS THE TRUMP PRENUPTIAL AGREEMENT MOST LIKELY STRUCTURED?

Thomas Kretchmar, associate, Chemtob Moss & Forman: I can’t speak to them directly, but in a New York high-net-worth marriage, a prenup is primarily designed to
protect what is already owned prior to the marriage, versus things that may be accumulated moving forward.

Peter Stambleck, partner, Aronson Mayefsky & Sloan: What I would have recommended to them is a title controls prenup. It makes it very clear that, in the event of divorce, everything in his name will be his and everything in her name will be hers.
What would his main concerns have been when structuring the prenup?

Stambleck: Billionaires have complicated asset structures. They have shell companies, LLCs, investments in other companies, and it’s very, very complicated. One main purpose of a prenup is to avoid having to share in that, but also to avoid the headache that goes into producing all the documents and having accountants come in and look at all of it. Theoretically, that’s what could happen in the absence of a prenup.

T&C: HOW WOULD THEY DIVIDE ASSETS LIKE REAL ESTATE, ART, OR JEWELRY?

Jacqueline Newman, managing partner, Berkman Bottger Newman & Rodd: My guess is real estate will be involved. Obviously, he has the apartment in the city that was his before the marriage, and I can pretty much guarantee he’s not giving it to her. But in situations where I’ve dealt with very high-income, high-asset cases, the moneyed spouse will purchase an apartment for the non-moneyed spouse and the children to live in.

Stambleck: And usually any personal property that directly relates to that person stays with him or her. There’s no question, for instance, that her jewelry will be hers, not his.

T&C: WHAT ABOUT THEIR 11-YEAR-OLD SON, BARRON?

Newman: It’s handled by the courts. Given what I’ve read in the tabloids, it doesn’t seem as if there’s going to be much question as to who the primary caretaker is. My guess is that she would get primary custodial rights and he would get access whenever he happens to be in town.

How much money is she likely to get?

Newman: In this situation, if she has $50 million, she can afford to buy something. But $50 million, while it’s definitely a lot of money, in New York City, for what she’s used to, she wouldn’t be able to replicate what she has now. He probably had a good sense of what kind of lifestyle they’d be living, so I would imagine the payout would be fairly generous.

T&C: WOULD HE HAVE AGREED TO MAINTAIN HER LIFESTYLE?

Stambleck: Can he put in a prenup that she’ll have access to the Mar-a-Lago residence for a month in December? Yes, you can literally put anything in the prenup. He could say that on 72-hour notice she’ll have use of the plane.

T&C: COULD SHE NOW CHALLENGE THE PRENUP TO ANGLE FOR MORE?

Stambleck: It’s unusual. One of the main reasons to enter into a prenup is that, in addition to protecting the wealth, you’re also trying to make it clean—and stay out of the press. In the state of New York, it’s a very high hurdle to try to get a prenuptial agreement overturned.

Kretchmar: An interesting issue with prenups in New York City, which is within a jurisdiction where it’s really very difficult to invalidate a properly prepared, properly entered-into prenuptial agreement, is that it is not unusual to see the non-moneyed spouse still getting a little more in the settlement than the prenup entitled him or her to. The non-moneyed spouse may believe that just the idea of challenging the agreement will strike enough fear, stress, and overall agita into the moneyed spouse—in terms of not wanting to be in the courts, not wanting to be in Page Six— that he or she may be willing to pay a little more just to make it go away.

T&C: WHEN TRUMP RAN FOR AND THEN BECAME PRESIDENT, MELANIA’S SITUATION CHANGED. DOESN’T SHE HAVE A LOT MORE LEVERAGE NOW THAT IT’S SO IMPORTANT THAT THE MARRIAGE DOESN’T FALL APART? MIGHT SHE HAVE RENEGOTIATED THE PRENUP?

Kretchmar: Without speculating on any particular case, it’s certainly true that spouses can, during their marriage, modify the terms of an existing prenuptial agreement in response to a material event. is is done in a document called a postnuptial agreement. Sometimes postnups are used as a stopgap to an eventual divorce. Other times they are genuinely just a revision or refinement of existing rights in light of a change in the spouses’ circumstances.

Newman: It’s very hard to overturn a prenup in New York. The only thing that she could possibly try to argue—and I’m not sure it would succeed—is that when she entered into the agreement she didn’t anticipate he would be president (assuming it was not discussed as a possibility at that time). Therefore, in terms of any spousal support waiver, it would not be fair and reasonable for her to waive spousal support at this time, because there are now more anticipated expenses that she will incur being first lady, especially if she divorces him when he is in office.

Little Known Facts of War Time

This is a sculpture by Jerzy Bohdan Szumczyk in Gdansk, a Russian soldier raping a pregnant woman, was removed after only one day — most mentions of these incidents had been and are still silenced in the formerly occupied Central European countries.

~ One of the sad facts that I have learned  in researching wartime material and which blew my mind was related to Hungary: approximately 360,000 babies were born (estimated) after the Second World War as result of rape by the “liberating” Red Army soldiers in Hungary. Considering the fact that not all atrocities resulted in babies, the number of rapes committed must be way, way higher. Historians researching the topic believe that there were at least 800,000 to 1 million incidents happening. The population of Hungary was about 8.5 million at the end of the War. This means that at least 20% of the female population fell victim to rape. The problem had such gravity that the government lifted the ban on abortions and made those and treatment for STDs free of charge and widely available. Still, about 360,000 babies were born.

Women at work during World War One in Woolwich Arsenal.

~ When a generation of men went to fight the war, more than a million women took their place in the workforce. They worked long hours, often in poor conditions and with dangerous chemicals. The so-called 'canaries' were women who worked with TNT, which gave them toxic jaundice and turned their skin yellow. These effects lasted long after the war.

~ The youngest British soldier in WWI was 12 years old:
Sidney Lewis was just 12 years old when he lied about his age and joined the army during World War One. He was one of thousands of eager underage boys who enlisted and ended up fighting alongside their adult counterparts on the front. Some were motivated by patriotism, but for others it was an escape from their dreary lives. Britain let 250,000 underage soldiers fight in World War One.

12. The Siege of Stalingrad resulted in more Russian deaths (military and civilian) than the US and Britain sustained (combined) in all of World War II.
The Siege of Stalingrad resulted in more Russian deaths (military and civilian) than the US and Britain sustained (combined) in all of World War II

What do these four things all have in common?

Well during WWI they were all known by German names and all of them had their names changed!
In the top left there is a cute little Dachshund. The name is obviously German, so at a time in the United States when anti-German sentiment was running high their name became “liberty dogs”! The same goes for the Hamburger, renamed “Liberty Steak”, and the Frankfurter was renamed “Liberty Sausage”. I do like the idea of someone asking for a “Liberty Sausage and  Liberty Steak” whilst walking their Liberty Dog (It sounds very American to my Canadian ears!)

The photo in the bottom left is of King George V, the British King during WWI. The King and his family came from the House of Saxe-Coburg, after his grandmother Queen Victoria married the German prince Albert in 1840. The Royal Family were known by the German name of Hanover. So during WWI, like the United States, anti-German sentiment was running high in the UK and it wasn’t seen as appropriate for the British monarch to carry a German family name. So in 1917 the family name was changed to Windsor, which is carried by the Royal Family to this day.

Interesting side note: King George V and Kaiser Wilhelm of Germany were on opposite sides of the war. But in fact they were cousins and they notoriously disliked each other. It did not help to bring about peace and may have prolonged the hostilities.

Odd Facts about Hitler:

Hitler was selected as Time Magazine's Man of the Year in 1938

1) Hitler liked American Cheerleading and was actually inspired by them
Hitlers famous "Sieg Heil" or "Heil Hitler" gesture was inspired by an ancient Roman Salute but the actual saying Sieg Heil, or Hail Victory, Hitler’s close friend Ernst Hanfstaengl, known to Hitler as “Putzi states that in the year of 1923, Hitler was a massive fan of football college games and their accompanying marches, and the “Sieg Heil!” shout was based on the cheerleaders’ techniques.

2) Hitler had Feminine Handwritting
Carl Jung, an eminent psychologist was asked to comment on an example of Hitler’s handwriting he announced it was “typically feminine.”

3) Hitler had a big Sweet Tooth
When Hitler was living in Vienna he would spend what little money he had left over on Sugary Treats and Cakes.
Hitler’s sweet tooth persisted into his later years: the aforementioned Putzi, then his piano-player, reported seeing him pile sugar into a glass of expensive red wine at a society dinner.

4) Hitler had a phobia of Dentists
On one occasion, it is reported that Hitler insisted on drawing out a root canal operation over eight days to spread out the pain.
As a result of his dentist fear (and probably his sweet tooth as mentioned above) Hitler had pretty bad oral hygiene. He had awful breath, a multitude of abscesses and even gum disease. In 1944, records show Hitler required a total of 10 fillings.

5) Hitler liked to sleep in.
Many say Hitler would always stay in bed and would, as a rule, never get out of bed before 11am.
This could be explained by the fact that Hitler suffered from insomnia and would often toss and turn until four in the morning. Other have suggested his irregular sleeping patterns—as well as a tic with his eyes—are signs that Hitler was showing symptoms of early-onset Parkinson’s disease.

6) Hitlers first love was a Jewish Girl
Whilst growing up in Vienna, Hitler fell in love with Jewish Stefanie Isak.
The young Hitler never said a word to Isak, instead preferring to pencil down his feelings. According to Hitler’s close friend August Kubizek, the young Hitler planned to kidnap Isak and kill them both by jumping into the Danube with her, but he eventually relented and let her be.

7) Hitler was addicted to cocaine
Hitler’s physician Theodor Morell began prescribing Hitler cocaine in 1944. Hitler took the cocaine via an inhaler, twice a day, and also used cocaine eye drops.
The prescription was given to help with Hitler’s poor sinuses and throat. But the repercussions of some historians say the cocaine could have affected Hitler’s decision making, rendering him susceptible to paranoia and fits of rage.

8) Hitler Suffered from Flatulence
Morell was a bit of a mystic and his medical practises were what one might call radical for their time. Hitler charged him with finding a cure for his longstanding gastrointestinal problems. Morell eventually managed to sort out Hitler’s bowels, prescribing him a concoction of amphetamines and gun lubricant, along with soothing chamomile enemas. But he was known to be pretty stinky.

9) Hitler had injections of Bull testicle extracts
Morell used extracts from young bulls’ prostates and testicles to kick start Hitler’s libido.

10) Hitler Loved Disney
In 2008, a war museum in Norway exhibited artwork depicting Disney characters it claimed had been drawn by Hitler himself. The paintings included Bashful and Doc from the 1937 Disney film Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs—which was one of Hitler’s favorite films—and they were all signed A.H.

 Additional Facts:
Adolf Hitler nearly drowned when he was four years old but was saved by a local priest.
In January 1894 four year old Adolf Hitler was playing tag with his friends when he accidently fell into a river and nearly drowned before a local priest saved him. Obviously the priest didn't know what Hitler would do in the future and it's interesting to wonder if the priest would still have saved the young boy or let him drown if he had known the future. This wasn't Hitler's only brush with death since during World War I British soldier Henry Tandey had his gun pointed at a wounded Hitler but decided to spare him and Hitler nodded his thanks before wandering off. Who knows how history would have turned out if the priest didn't save Hitler or Henry Tandey had not been so compassionate and killed him.

By the way, Hitler's birth name was
Alois Schicklgruber.  He was illegitimate. At the time of his conception his mother considered an abortion.

The Noble Jew:
Did you know? In 1904, Hitler had become seriously ill and bedridden due to a lung ailment. He even had to leave school and stay home sick. Once there, his family doctor Eduard Bloch, a Jewish-Austrian practicing in Linz, fixed him up.

When Hitler’s mother was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1907, Bloch tended to her as well, until she passed away on the December of that year. Due to their poor economic circumstance, Bloch had worked for the Hitler family for reduced prices, and sometimes didn't even take any money at all.

For his generosity, an 18-year-old Hitler granted Blouch his “everlasting gratitude.” At the time, Bloch probably didn’t realize how powerful Hitler’s “gratitude” would come to be.

In 1908, Hitler could only express it by sending Bloch hand-made gifts. But in 1937, he personally ensured that Bloch would never be sent to a concentration camp, and had him and his family protected. He referred to Bloch as the “noble Jew.”

Copyright:
Hitler had a copyright to his likeness, so that, any time it was used, he was entitled to royalties. For example, when his face was placed on Germany's stamps, he made a royalty from every stamp sold.
He also used his position in government to sell copies of his book, Mein Kampf. At some point, it was mandated that every German couple be gifted a copy of this book upon wedding. Of course, this is a fantastic way to guarantee a steady stream of book sales.

Hitler's last Will and Testament:

As I did not consider that I could take responsibility, during the years of struggle, of contracting a marriage, I have now decided, before the closing of my earthly career, to take as my wife that girl who, after many years of faithful friendship, entered, of her own free will, the practically besieged town in order to share her destiny with me. At her own desire she goes as my wife with me into death. It will compensate us for what we both lost through my work in the service of my people.
What I possess belongs - in so far as it has any value - to the Party. Should this no longer exist, to the State; should the State also be destroyed, no further decision of mine is necessary.

My pictures, in the collections which I have bought in the course of years, have never been collected for private purposes, but only for the extension of a gallery in my home town of Linz on Donau
It is my most sincere wish that this bequest may be duly executed.

I nominate as my Executor my most faithful Party comrade, Martin Bormann. He is given full legal authority to make all decisions. He is permitted to take out everything that has a sentimental value or is  necessary for the maintenance of a modest simple life, for my brothers and  sisters, also above all for the mother of my wife and my faithful co-workers who are well known to him, principally my old Secretaries Frau Winter etc. who have for many years aided me by their work.

I myself and my wife - in order to escape the disgrace of deposition or capitulation - choose death. It is our wish to be burnt immediately on the spot where I have carried out the greatest part of my daily work in the course of a twelve years' service to my people.

Given in Berlin, 29th April 1945, 4:00 a.m.

Ex-porn star Stormy Daniels said Trump told her she was 'just like' Ivanka during affair

                                  Stephanie Clifford  AKA   Stormy Daniels
                                Malania  &  Donald  Trump
Business Insider        ALEX LOCKIE          Jan 18th 2018
Stephanie Clifford, also known by her stage name Stormy Daniels, the adult film star whom President Donald Trump's lawyer reportedly paid $130,000 to keep quiet about an alleged affair, said Trump compared her to his daughter.
The quotes come from a 2011 interview with Daniels, which was published before the nondisclosure agreement allegedly would have been put into effect.
Daniels detailed the alleged intimate encounter in the interview with In Touch Weekly.

Stephanie Clifford, the adult film star whom President Donald Trump's lawyer reportedly paid $130,000 to keep quiet after an alleged extramarital affair, claimed that Trump compared her to his daughter.

In Touch Weekly featured an interview with Clifford, also known by her stage name Stormy Daniels from 2011, before Clifford allegedly accepted money to sign a nondisclosure agreement. In the interview, Clifford detailed her alleged affair with Trump that she said took place in 2006.

Though Clifford has since denied the affair took place, in 2011 she told "In Touch" that Trump enthusiastically courted her, and detailed their encounters, which she described as intimate.

The interview contained a few details of the allegedly intimate encounter, but in the print edition of the interview, as pointed out by Spin, Clifford said Trump compared her to his daughter.

"We had really good banter," Clifford said. "He told me once that I was someone to be reckoned with, beautiful, smart, just like his daughter."

At the time of the alleged encounter, Ivanka Trump, Trump's eldest daughter, would have been 24 years old. Clifford would have been 26.

On social media, many people are imploring Melania Trump to divorce her husband, while others are wondering why she has remained silently by him through a string of reports that he had extra-marital affairs while married to her.

Town & Country magazine even spoke to a number of divorce attorneys who predicted that a Trump divorce could involved tens of millions of dollars in assets being split up and a custody battle that Donald Trump may choose to sit out of.

But despite the growing rumors, Melania Trump has still given no indication that she has any plans to divorce Donald. She has remained behind Trump even in the wake of scandals like the release of the Access Hollywood video in which he appeared to brag about sexually assaulting women. As for the reports that Donald Trump slept with adult film star Stormy Daniels and then paid her $130,000 to keep quiet about it, there has been no statement from Melania or her office.

Bringing back the forests to Iceland after 1,000 years

The landscape of Iceland has changed a lot in a thousand years. When the Vikings first arrived in the ninth century, the land was covered in 25 to 40 percent forest.
Within a few centuries, almost all of the island’s trees were slashed and burned to make room for farming. This rapid deforestation has resulted in massive soil erosion that puts the island at risk for desertification.

Today, the Icelandic Forest Service has taken on the mammoth task of bringing back the woodlands. With the help of forestry societies and forest farmers, Iceland’s trees are slowly beginning to make a comeback. Watch this short film by Euforgen to learn more about how their efforts are working to benefit Iceland's economy and ecology through forestry.

ICELAND SUPERMARKET bans plastic: UK Supermarket chain becomes first in the world to remove plastic packaging from ALL its own-label products

  • Iceland supermarket has become the first to remove plastic packaging in full
  • All it's own-label products will have no plastic packaging within five years
  • It puts pressure on other supermarkets to follow suit a lower levels of pollution
  • Packaging on 1,400 product will be replaced across more than 250 suppliers
  • Last week Theresa May set a 25-year deadline to banish 'avoidable' plastic
A UK supermarket will be the first in the world to remove plastic packaging from all of its own-label products. 'ICELAND's' landmark move puts pressure on its rivals to follow suit amid public demands to turn back the tide of plastic pollution. The company, which has more than 900 stores, has a five-year plan to ditch plastic from all of its own-brand products.
Packaging on 1,400 product lines will be replaced, and the changes involve more than 250 suppliers. First to go will be plastic instant meal trays in favour of wood-pulp alternatives made in Britain. Plastic bags used for frozen vegetables and other food will then be dropped in favour of paper alternatives.
ICELAND, which has already removed plastic disposable straws from its own range of products, is also working on alternatives for plastic bottles and milk cartons. Last week Theresa May set a 25-year deadline to banish 'avoidable' plastic and called on supermarkets to introduce plastic-free aisles.
ICELAND's move – the latest victory for the Turn the Tide on Plastic campaign – suggests it is possible to go further and faster.
ICELAND managing director Richard Walker said yesterday: 'The world has woken up to the scourge of plastics."
"A truckload is entering our oceans every minute, causing untold damage to our marine environment and ultimately humanity – since we all depend on the oceans for our survival."
"The onus is on retailers, as leading contributors to plastic packaging pollution and waste, to take a stand and deliver meaningful change."
"Other supermarkets, and the retail industry as a whole, should follow suit. This is a time for collaboration."

The switch from plastic will cost ICELAND  money, but it pledged there will be no corresponding rise in prices.
The company's move comes amid mounting concern about the impact of plastic packaging on the environment, and follows news that China will no longer take British waste plastic for recycling, meaning big business will have to clean up its own mess. The media has highlighted the huge amount of excess plastic packaging used by  retail stores, and turned the spotlight on waste and blight associated with bags, microbeads, bottles and plastic-lined coffee cups.
ICELAND is harnessing the latest technology to create new plant-based 'green' packaging options, which are fully recyclable through household waste collections.
Its new ready meal trays are wood pulp rather than plastic, and although they will initially be coated with a thin layer of plastic, the supermarket giant plans to replace this with a water-based, non-plastic spray coating.

ICELAND's landmark move puts pressure on its rivals to follow suit amid public demands to turn back the tide of plastic pollution. ICELAND cannot dictate the packaging used by the big food brands it stocks, but it will encourage them to switch away from plastic.
Recently, some of retail's biggest figures, including former bosses of Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Asda and Debenhams, signed a statement calling for an end to throwaway plastic packaging. They said: 'Over the past decade Britain's retailers have in the main focused on recycling in a bid to reduce the environmental impact of the plastic waste they produce.
'But we have to accept that this isn't enough – by recycling plastic, we are merely recycling the problem. It is therefore essential that retailers and packaging manufacturers work together to turn off the tap of throwaway packaging.'

Iceland own branded burgers are put into a plastic bag and then inside a cardboard box. In future, the bag will be removed and they will go straight in the box

Greenpeace executive director John Sauven last night congratulated ICELAND on 'its bold pledge', adding: 'It's now up to other retailers and food producers to respond to that challenge.
'The tidal wave of plastic pollution will only start to recede when they turn off the tap. They know the scale of systemic change we need, and yet their responses have been timid and piecemeal. Iceland has offered a more radical solution that shows the way forward for the sector.'

Now all we have to do is convince all the other supermarket giants of the western world to reduce or eliminate plastic packaging like this brave British company. Easy, huh?
