July 1,2010, that's the day Prince william will finally wed his gorgeous girlfriend,Kate Middleton in a spectacular fairy-tale extravaganza to be televised around the world.What is destined to be the wedding of the 21st century has his stepmother Camilla seething with rage,palace sources say.Not only has William chosen the date that would have been the 49th birthday of his beloved mother Princess Diana,he's going to marry in St. Paul's Cathedral where his parents wed in 1981.It's a masterful slap in the face to Camilla,says an insider.A royal ceremony filled with pomp and circumstance is all the poor dear has craved for herself.Now Kate's dream wedding will be Camilla's nightmare.
Camilla fantasized about having a perfect regal wedding day--observed by an adoring public with all the breath-taking glitter she felt she deserved, when she married Prince Charles in 2005. In her mind there would have been an internationally televised procession,with her waving from a horse drawn carriage,says the source.She'd planned on hundreds of guests paying their respects and dining at a sumptuous royal banquet. What she got was a common civil ceremony at the tiny registry office in Windsor and a modest reception lacking any real glamour.
Members of William's inner-circle says the 27-year-old is looking at his impending nuptials partly as payback time.He sees Prince Charles's 62-year-old second wife as the woman who ruined his mother's life and spends boundless energy trying to sabotage his own happiness with Kate. At first, William was planning to marry on July 29 --the day his dad made Lady Diana Spencer his Princess --But the obvious symbolism sent Camilla through the roof. Camilla basically told Prince Charles "Over my dead body".and he was able to convince his son that it would be in poor taste. Prince Charles had no comeback when William said he'd make it on Princess Diana birthday instead to honor her memory.One veteran royal observer under-scores that the choice of St. Paul's is also quite calculated. It was the scene of Camilla's utter humilation and defeat. She had to slip into the ceremony and watch the man she coveted make the woman she loathed his bride. The only reason Camilla never went through with divorcing the prince was the glimmer of hope that she would one day sit on the throne at her husband's side. The pain just keeps piling up on Camilla as she is faced with stunning Kate,who's adored by by the public and can give William an heir,something she could never do for Prince Charles.It's no wonder she's hitting the gin again!! All thoughts of revenge aside ,William is said to be genuinely excited about making "Waity Katie" his bride after dating on and off since they met in 2003 at the University of St.Andrew's in Scotland.

ReplyDeleteMaxy has done this before to Jake.I was able to fix the bear but I don't think I can fix this toy dog so Jake won't notice.Maxy likes Jakes things.I thought I put it out of his reach but he can jump really high.

ReplyDeleteIt's sad to see her struggle with a bad heart and failing kidneys.Dad actually had it easier.He got sick and died in a couple of months.And he was kept very comfortable with nurses who came to the house and a morphine pump he could use as much as he wanted for the pain.

ReplyDeleteJaye used to live just around the corner.We met for coffee every day with friends or just her and I.We have our favorite little coffee shop.We used to have such fun.I miss that.
ReplyDeleteI want your advice.Jeremy(our poker player)didn't get a job this summer and is just hanging around his dad's place.He wants us to co-sign a loan to buy a car.His dad refused to do it because he said Jer should get a job first to show good faith that he was going to pay it back.I hate to refuse him.

ReplyDeleteI don't think Jer would like working for his dad.The dad is a bit of a perfectionist.I don't think his dad has ever offered him a job.Tonight Uncle Steve offered him a temporary job for a couple of weeks but I don't think Jer will take it.I don't know what Jer is holding out for.The summer is half gone.
