The head of Los Angeles police has refused to rule out the possibility that Michael Jackson was murdered as a cocktail of prescription drugs was found in the star's body.
Preliminary toxicology reports found Jackson had lethal levels of painkiller Demerol and heroin substitute methadone in his body when he died.
The tests also found high levels of anti-anxiety drug Xanax, as well as lower levels of hospital anaesthetic Propofol and narcotic Dilaudid which is usually used to numb post-surgery pain.

Levels of post operation painkiller Fentanyl, prescription painkiller Vicodin, anti-anxiety pill Valium and sleeping drug Ambien were also detailed in the report submitted to the Los Angeles county coroner’s office.
An insider told The Sun newspaper: 'Michael Jackson was a walking drug store when he died — he never stood a chance.
'The body can build up extreme tolerances to huge doses of drugs but eventually it overloads and just shuts down. That is what happened to Michael.'
It emerged yesterday that an array of pills and drug equipment was found during a raid on the singer's Neverland ranch in 2003.
Numerous prescription drugs, including painkillers Demerol and Versed, Promothazine, an antihistamine with strong sedative effects, and anti-anxiety Xanax, were found with a syringe, an oxygen tank and intravenous equipment, according to U.S. reports.

It's true about prescription and off the street drugs, they are very addictive, some are used to pick you up and others will bring you down, peole get in the habit where they can't function without them.
ReplyDeleteThere is so much stress on a lot of people they depends on them to keep them focus and hopefully to stay on top.
It's always a losing battle.
He had lethal levels of two or three drugs in his blood.Any one of which would have killed him. He's been taking them for years. He knew what dosages were safe. The new contention is that he was murdered.
