Liza is suing DC for breach of contract/settlement agreement,fraud---intentional infliction of emotional distress(DOMESTIC ABUSE)Liza says in 2008...DC parpered to enter a contract that would give her one million dallors...he later backed out..what the hell did she expect,she knew about his history,I don't feel sorry for her...just the babies...I bet Marg is laughing so hard she is wetting her panties...well Marg. you got the last laugh..DC is only doing the same old shit he did to the others...DC is good at breaking his promises...my advice to them is to get what you can and be ready to move on...their shelf life is about 2/3 years at the most.

ReplyDeleteI went to extratv.com and read the actual court documents.My God that man was a monster if even half of the allegations are true.The abuse,verbally and emotionally was ongoing.He had anger meltdowns constantly,where he would scream at her for hours.He tried to get her to abort her first pregnancy.Told her she was fat ,ugly,just a birthing cow. and had furious outburts if the baby cried.He said he wanted to be on a yacht on the Riviera in his fifties,not become a father.He was only a doting father in front of other people.The second pregnancy finished the relationship.He started spending time at his other home presumably by himself.Liza went there to check it out and found a huge collection of porn books and movies.He constantly accused her of being unfaithful and isolated her from friends and family,made her break off with all outside contacts,her job,her charities and made her promise to be there for him only.
ReplyDeleteThen along comes Gina from Club Casuarina and gives him a free 50 thousand dollar membership to the club so he started seeing her.He even brought her to Los Angles and fondled her in front of Liza.
He tried to have severence papers, or termination papers of some kind served to her in the hospital while she was giving birth to Paloma but the guy couldn't get in, so she was served the day she got home with the baby.
The abuses go on and on.It's unbelievable what a swine he is.
Go read them yourself.He would scream at her for four hours at a time about imaginary nonsense.She was always upset.She wanted to leave but didn't want her son to grow up in a broken home.
