David Caruso, the relationship challenged fifty three year old star of CSI Miami, is being sued by his former girlfriend and mother of his two toddlers, Liza Marquez. Apparently he reneged on a promise to take care of her after their four year romance ended.Liza's allegations include insane and unfounded jealous rages, verbal and emotional abuse, insults (including claiming the second baby was not his and telling friends and associates that she was mentally ill, an unfit mother and that she disgusted him.) She also claims he tried to coerce her into having an abortion when he was told that she was pregnant with his son.
He apparently had no desire to be a father in his fifties. One has to wonder why she would allow herself to get preggers a second time when the guy was so unhappy with the first pregnancy. She also alleges his temper tirades lasted for hours, during which he berated and degraded her.
Their relationship collapsed when she was in hospital giving birth to their daughter. An attempt was made to serve her with paternity papers while she was in labor. Since that was unsuccessful, she was served the day she arrived home from the hospital. Nice guy,huh?
This is going to be very nasty. David, when will you learn your lesson? If you were not so cheap and if you were just a little kind to all these women, they would be a little kinder to you in court. How many women have hauled your ass through court now, five, six? Third wife Marg said she was tired of being an emotional punching bag. She took you to the cleaners. What don't you get Dave?

I think Amina is going to haul his ass in court also...she will get what's left..not much..it will last until the next fool comes along...Dave should not have left it to chance if he didn't want babies ,he sould have worned condoms or got his old ass fixed.

ReplyDeleteI have always believed they were soulmates.They were never interested in anybody else.When dad died Nana put her arms around his coffin right before he was cremated.I will have a problem writing the last chapter.

ReplyDeleteJack died just recently.He was married to Nana's sister.The sister comitted suicide twenty years ago.Sadly their son Michael(the guy who used to carry worms in his mouth)also comitted suicide about eight years ago.Perhaps he never got over the loss of his mom.
ReplyDeleteJack was the best man at their wedding and invited us to Canada.He loved me very much when I was little I'll put up some more pictures.HE taught me how to fish and to watch the wildlife.He was half aboriginal Canadian.
ReplyDeleteAll Nana's other sisters and brother are still alive and well ,still in London.Dad's brothers and sisters in Jersey are all dead.He was the youngest and the last to go.They went back to Jersey almost every year right up till he died.Nana always regretted leaving there.

ReplyDeleteI was just reading about the blind guy Scott on 'Idol'.He and his sister were both born nearly blind and with bad kidneys.It's a certain weird disease.He has had a kidney transplant and his sister is sick and due to have a kidney transplant.He was worried sick about her all through his Idol stint.
ReplyDeleteluckily Nana's sister Rose ( a lovely woman,I'll put her picture up also)calls her all the time and her brother calls her all the time.I just remembered,One of her sisters is in Australia.We have a whole bunch of family in Australia.

That is so good they keep in touch,a lot of family drifts apart,I know Nana enjoys hearing from them...regress back and put all of Nana's story in,I know she will enjoy reading it..it might jog her memory of something else..now Nana and your dads love story would make a wonderful book,just publish some for the family...we are wondering if we should get all our notes together and write one of our family.
