An attorney for Caruso filed for dismissal last week in Los Angeles. Liza Marquez sued the "CSI: Miami" star in April, claiming he was emotionally abusive during their relationship and had promised to pay her $1.2 million. The couple have two children together. Records show that Marquez and Caruso will each pay their own lawyers' costs and neither is receiving anything of value from the dismissal."

It might have hurt David's career (e.g. Michael Jackson) She wanted $1.2 million, which was not unreasonable for the years she spent with him. That is possibly somewhere near what she got. Maybe rounded off to a million as per his original agreement with her.
Now they don't have to deal with the mess and repercussions that would only add to David's interesting reputation. Be good and stay out of trouble Dave.....'Good luck with that'
I think she got something, not what she expected...but she can look forward to getting paid until her kids are grown.

Now I ask you...what career will David have after CSI:M? the lawsuit did/would not put him in a bad light.
David did that quite well all by himself.
Just look at his track record with women....Nuff said.
Be good and stay out of trouble. HA!! The woman he has now better start lookung for a new home, David has finished dealing with Liza......so everything is looking like roses to him...
David could be the "poster Boy" for how to fuck up a good relationship.

sometimes bad lawsuits are dismissed because they should not have been filed. lawyers certified nothing of value paid, false statement could be punishable, so should not assume it is anything other than what filed with court
ReplyDeleteIt's obvious that she is nothing but a slag and golddigger, she broke up his marriage to a lovely, classy lady, but David should have known better and is now living to regret his decision to take up with that nasty bitch of whom he will sadly have a lifelong commitment with because of his beautiful children. All she wants is to bleed as many dollars out of him as she can. David is a great father and cares very much for the welfare of his children, good on him. It's obvious she lied about their relationship otherwise why would she have dropped the lawsuit. She can rely on Davids hard earned money for the next ten years or so then what will she do or who will be her next money making machine. What a nasty woman she is.
