Guess what? It's snowing like a bitch. But,we're nice and cozy.Just gave Maxy a bath.I put him in with Brian. Then Brian took another bath to get the dog germs off him.White dogs get a little grungy looking after a while. Maxy has to have a bath once aweek because of my sensitivities.he's a good sport about it,as long as he gets a cuddle, wrapped in a big towel after.
Snow? Oh poor one. You must be drowning in snow by now. Today it was quite watm. Around 80. The laundry was dry within an hour. I can understand that you have to bath your dog. However, I think a dog has to get dirty from time to time. It is an animal not a toy. Therefor, I prefer dogs with very short hair, like dachshunds.
It is nice. And I like Wynonna. However, I prefer her singing country songs.
Country is one kind of music I do not like.Occaisonally a nice ballad comes along, but it's mostly the twangy, nasal,"achy breaky heart"cowboy variety.
Unfortunately, because of my immune system and environmental disorder.Maxy has to be pristine or find another home.As it is he can only go in certain rooms.
Nee is out saving the polar bears.I told her to get in touch with Al Gore's organization. She'll probably call Al Gore personally and give him a piece of her mind.
Great song, great singer, great voice. However, I think she doesn't reach the original. Some songs are best left to the original artists.

PS:I like Wynonna's version.It's a little sappy,but nice.
ReplyDeleteForeigner was not a real favorite of mine back in the day but I always loved the lyrics to this song, real poetry.
Wynonna left half the lyrics out.
Lou Gramm sang the original very well.

ReplyDeleteI am sure your dog enjoys his weekly baths. The dogs I had always would bark at me if I tried to clean them up.
Sarcasm is quite freeing. You can snark and rave and rant and not feel guilty at all.
Can I be Sarky for a while?Sometimes the bitchiness builds up in me and I'm afraid it will constipate me.
ReplyDeletePlease, be sarky as long as you want. But don't expect me to be nice...LOL
