Fears over Lava Levels in Hawaii

Fears Over Lava Levels at Hawaii Volcano
Spectacular pictures of a volcano in Hawaii have been released by the US Geological Survey, showing rising lava levels at the Halemaumau vent at the Kiluaea volcano.
Scientists are keeping a close eye on the brilliant stream of orange molten rock, which is surging into a lake where temperatures can reach around 1,000 degrees centigrade.

Why are so many volcanos erupting around the world?
It's a mistake to try and attribute normal geological activity to the climate or any other thing. Volcanoes need no reason to erupt. They've been doing that throughout the history of this planet. Speculation about links to global warming, Jesus returning, or other stuff ain't going to fly at this time. There is presently no way of proving any of them.  Although we are open to any good argument on the climate change idea.

Some people are attributing the volcanic activities to recent solar disturbances. Again, sounds like a possible cause but no way to prove it. Volcanoes are a natural phenomenon, caused by magma rising to the surface. There are probably no atmospheric or weather causes, although volcanoes can certainly influence the weather.
