Aunt Mae will be here soon and dad has been dropping hints. I asked Gil what was it. He told me it had something to do with Nan.James carried her out tonight, while she's gone do you want to know ? It's about her.
Aunt Mae was so impressed with us, she heard about Nan in Reno and she thinks Nan could run her dept. with some good help an d stay home with her family.
I know Betts will say dad gave it to her because of Sis...hell when they met us we was doing this crap and doing it well, nobody gave us nothing, we worked to get where we are.
What a wonderful promotion for Nan. She deserves it.She'll be over the moon. And if she can get more time off that will be fantastic. It's great when your hard work is recognized.

I took Nana to get some surgery on her gums today and she came home with her mouth stuffed full of cotton. It was the only time I ever drove with her in the car where she kept quiet and didn't tell me how to drive. I will have to stuff her mouth with cotton more often...HA!

He is sleeping a lot better and gaining strength.The doctor told us it would take a year to recover from the amount of trauma his body went through with all the complications.He was already a sick man with his bad heart.But I think we can do better than that.By the end of summer I think he will be back to normal.
