Brangelina Suing Tabloid Over Split Reports "WTF"

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still together -- and they've now taken legal action against the British tabloid that claimed other wise.
The A-List couple is suing "NEWS of the World" over its report that the stars were broken up and dividing their fortune.
The News of the World has failed to meet our clients' reasonable demands for a retraction of and apology for these false and intrusive allegations , which have now been widely republished by mainstream news outlets. We have advised them to bring proceeding , which they have done," Brangelina's London attorney Keith Schilling says, " THE GUARDIAN" reports.
Several weeks ago, News of the World claimed Brad and Angelina had met with a lawyer in December to discuss the divison of their combined millions and custody of their six children.
However, in this case we can confirm unequivocally, and upon instrustions, that the allegations published by the "NEWS of the WORLD" are false as well as intrusive , their lawyer adds.
Although the pair hadn't been seen together much in recent monthe, since the NEWS of the WORLD story broke, they've been spotted at the Director's Guild Awards as well as this weekend's Super Bowl in Miami.

What's Up with Brad and Angie ???

In the midst of breaking rumors Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie stepped out together to attend the Directors Guild of America Awards, "People" reports.
According to a source , they looked very giggly, "another witness added : they looked like they was having a fun time, it was definitely a date.
Brad Pitt was in attendance to support nominee and buddy "Quentin Tarantino," who was up for the night's big prize for "Inglourious Bastards," which Brad Pitt stared in.(Kathryn Bigalow ended up winning for "The Hunt Locker" )
For a few weeks , speculation has run rampant over the state of the A-list couple's relationship, with many reports claiming they are no longer together.
Split rumors were fueled by the fact that the couple didn't attend either the "Golden Globe" - where Brad Pitt's "Inglourious Bastard's" was up for several awards -- or the "SAG" Awards" -- when Pitt and his co-stars actually took home the "Statue for best ensemble.
Futhermore, when Brad Pitt appeared at George Clonney's "Hope For Haiti Now" benefit in Los Angeles, Angelina Jolie was reportedly in New York on a photo shoot for "Vanity Fair."
My spin on the battling couple: It's said where there's smoke , there's fire. Maybe the rumors are true, who know what the A-list couple will do to stay in the spotlight. Angelina Jolie Turns To Psychic

A Still grieving Angelina Jolie is turning to a New Orleans psychic to contact her mother. The 34-year-old actress hopes to ask her beloved mother Marcheline Bertrand - who died in January 2007 -- for advice on adding to her family and whether she should marry Brad Pitt, sources say.
Angelina misses her mother terribly. They were best friends and Angie relied on her mom for advice about everything from career to relationship issures. Lately, Angie has been talking about how she wishes Marcheline were around to help to make major life decisions , and if that means reaching into the afterworld, then so be it.
The star met a female "Psychic" in New Orleans French Quarter not long after her mother died of ovarian cancer at age 56, said the source. Brad's Exes Worry About Him

It was an eye-opening occasion for Gwyneth Paltrow and Jen - who bonded over vodka tonics in Morocco at Marrakech's La Mamounia hotel -- and expressed their mutual concern over the man they both used to love." Jen and Gwyneth aren't fond of Angelina ," says an insider. "They're worried about Brad and the effect she has had on him." Unlike Jen, Gwyneth has not kept in touch with Brad -- but when Jen told her how unhappy brad was at home, Gwyneth grew worried.
Gwyneth still cares about Brad. After all, she was engaged to him," says the insider, adding that she and Jen are "worried about his future and want to help him ."

During a United Nations goodwill trip to Kenya. Angelina Jolie looked concerned as she visited refugees in a camp. But on-lookers were more worried about Angelina. The star's super skinny appearance was shocking."She is absolutely tiny, one source said.Adds another , she is skin and bones.

An insider believes htat recent tenison in the home may be the reason Angelina,34, looks so gaunt. Since the beginning of the year, Angelina's been fighting with Brad over everything from his drinking habits to her fears that he'll leave her for another woman. The stress of their constant arguments is taking a toll on Angelina's appetite. Whenever she is depressed about anything , she simple stops eating, says a close friend, says a close friend of the star, who adds that she's living on bites of their six children food, soup, vegetables and lots of water. Brad used to make sure she ate, but they are in such a bad place right now he's just leaving her to it.
But another friend is convinced that she has an ulterior motive when it comes to her shrinking size, "Angelina isn't stupid and she extremely manipulative,"points out the friend. Brad has been debating walking away, but he's confided that he fears Angelina will spiral out of control. The insider says Angelina is using that to her advantage. Angelina is so scared Brad will leave that she will stoop to anything to keep him around, even if he stays with her out of pity.
My spin on this : Angelina, what go around comes back around, and in your case it will bite you in the ass. Have you forgot how you got Brad? Brad can't take anymore of the crazy mood swings and the fights anymore and he deserves to be happy, having more kids is not going to make Brad stay, He's only there because of the kids. When you met Brad he was a social drinker and smoke a little "pot", you knew that before you went into the relationship....Hon...you can't change the spots on a "Leopard" , you have to take them as they are. Will Brad Buy A Vineyard ???

Is it really a good idea for Brad to buy a vineyard ? Even though Angelina has been complaining about Brad's drinking lately, he went ahead and bought Chateau Miraval's winery.
Angie sees Brad's drinking as a weakness, and she does not like weak people,a family friend says. But Brad doesn't care. He's becoming as passionate about wine-making as he is about architecture. He is learning all about the business from vineyard grape pickers,some of whom have been harvesting the land for 25 years. Brad loves getting his hands dirty,says a source.

There are a few little houses in the middle of the vineyard, and he even sleeps there sometimes. But a new hobby that revolves aroung alcohol may not be the best thing for his health---or for his fragile relationship with Angie. Gone are the days when Brad and Angie could muster up smiles fot the camera.Sadly their public mood is only reflecting what has happen privately.After months of working in different cities, the couple have moved their family to to their $70-million estate, Chateau Miraval in the south of France for the summer. Brad is actually shy and has a low self-esteem now and he drinks before social events because he can't cope without using booze as a crutch. My take on this : A word to the wise...Brad get out now. The kids will be better off. Maybe they don't know whats happening now, but they are growing up and kids notice things and seem to have a sixth sense when things are not right. It is better to have two happy separated parents living apart , than together and at each others throats all the time. But hey, that's just me. "Angelina Stole Jen's Look and Her Man"

Brad is not the only one Angelina is trying to upstage. The sexyblack Michael Kors number she wore to his premiere was almost identical to the YSL dress that Brads's ex-wife Jennifer Aniston is wearing on the September cover of "ELLE" magazine. If history is any indication, it might not have been a coincdence. Since Angelina stole Brad away from Jennifer, who once told "VOGUE" magazine that Angelina was "uncool" for taking her man, the two have traded barbs at each other in interviews. Angelina also may be trying to get back at Jen for recently getting back in contact with Brad. AS In Touch has reported in the last few months, Brad and Jennifer have been texting and visiting each other.
My take on this:Angelina, you have a crumbling relationship--you stole the spotlight at Brad's permiere of Inglourious Bastards---Angelina, Brad's life now is, at best more tense than romantic: lets see now, Brad's life is changing diapers, feeding babies, running errands with the kids and working , the passion he once had with you seems to be gone---it's been replaced with nearly nonstop bickering.
A litttle advice: Go on frequent date nights...find time to be along together....Try being a lover at least once a week...men do not adjust to change easily ....when he left Jen for you it was the thrill of the hunt for him... but it is left to you to keep him interested...in other words, what you did to get him, you will have to do it to keep him. But hey, that's just me..

Why is Brad drinking so much? Friends says Brad is trying to escape troubles at home. Brad Pitt had flown to New York to attend the premiere of the movie he co-produced, "The Time Traveler's Wife", but he obviously had other priorities on his mind, when shortly after arriving at his hotel, he arranged to meet a friend at the bar. Away from Angelina Jolie and their six children. Brad was looking to have some fun and blow off steam, explains one of the actors pals. Hours later , guests at the premiere saw a sight thats become all to familiar these days---Brad visibly tipsy,he slurred his words and was wobby, says a eyewitness at the August 12th event.

At the after party held at Manhattan's Rouge Tomate restaurant, Brad was the life of the party, shares an insider, who saw Brad toss back several cocktails. "It's very shocking to see an A-Lister actor that drunk." A pal points out ,Brad has never been a teetotaler.The 45-year -old seems to be drinking more than ever lately.

Recently Brad said , "I'm just a drunk."He was only joking , many are saying it's no laughing matter.

" Brad's drinking is becoming a worry", reveals one of his close friends,

Brad made a spectacle of himself at the after party for the Berlin premiere of "Inglorious Bastards" getting so drunk that he had to be escorted home.Though he seem to be in control at the L.A. premiere of his film, his pals says that was only because Angelina was with him. There are two Brads, the pal explains.There is the Brad who is responsible father of his six kids, and there is the other Brad, who's a frat boy looking to have fun.

Brad's drinking is making for even more tenison between him and his partner. "The Brad that Angelina fell in love with isn't the Brad he is now," says the pal, who adds that Angelina is so turned off by Brads drinking that she almost finds it offensive. A light social drinker, Angelina worries that Brad's drinking is taking him away from the family. A pal says Angelina recently gave all the liguor in their L.A. house away, to send Brad a message. It isn't a message he's ready to hear--especially considering their frequent fights,according to a source. Angelina refused to go to the premiere of "The Time Traveler's Wife because Brad had initially bought it as a vehicle for himself and his then wife Jennifer Aniston. Brad admits he was a stoner..Brad's drinking may have gotton worse in recent months, but he claims he's given up another vice--[marijuana]A big smoker in his younger days, Brad says he's glad he quit because, "I was turning into a damn doughnut, really."

My take on this: A word to the wise...I am wishing the best for Angelina/Brad, because of the children. Angie , everyone knows you are a homewrecker, and you deserve what you get, but for the sake of the kids , I hope you make it. Once they have tasted the forbidden fruit, there is no stopping them, you may have to get your babies and run like the devil was on your tail.You can take a mule to water , but you can't make him a drunk....been there ,did that, next time get a man of your own.
