Sandra Bullock - Jesse James : Orange County Home For Sale

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James have taken another step toward dissolving their life together.Radaronline.com reported that their Southern california beachfront home has been put on the market for just under $6 million.
If you are hoping you could troll the MLS listing and see the 3,500-square-home, or pop by one Sunday for an open house, think again, the property is a private listing and those interested in it need to pre-quality.
The screening process could require bank statements (something not-too-surprising for high price or publicity-heavy properties),
According to The Orange County Register, the two-story, four bedroom,four bathroom house in Sunset Beach is in Jame's name. It sold in 2003 for 3.5 million.
TMZ says that James has also listed his Long Beach magazine store with the same realtor. James' Long Beach-based West Coast Choppers is, as of this writing, not on the market.
But where is Sandra Bullock hiding out these days ?
Sandra Bullock is reportedly living in her $2.25 million New Orleans manison purchased last June with James. The Koch-Mays house, as it's known, is in the Garden District and was built in the 1860's. It has five (5) bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms and is over 6,000 square feet : Plenty of room for Bullock's newly adopted son, Louis.
Apparently she hasn't gotten a ton of peace in the Big Easy : Limelife reported that tour guides are taking visitors by the mansion. Bullock and James had been married for four years before reports surfaced in March that he was unfaithful to the 2010 Oscar-winning actress. In an interview with People Magazine in April, Bullock said she filed for divorce.
My spin on this continuing saga : There are still some good men out there, so here's hoping Jesse haven't sour Sandra on men, sometime a profile woman / man may have to look beyond another high prolife person...I may be wrong but as I see it Jesse wanted to use Sandra's high profile for his own personal interests and that was to get low-class tattoo bimbos for his own pleasure. Sandra Bullock : MeeT My Baby !

The media scoundrels think they're know-it-alls. But Sandra Bullock proved them wrong this week when the actress we have all been paying so much attention to for the past month appeared on the cover of PEOPLE magazine with her new baby boy Louis Bardo Bullock - who she adopted in January. Yeah, do the math. That's three months ago !
With all the scrutiny surrounding Sandy's mattiage, how did they possibly miss such a monumental event in the actress life. Well, this proves that no matter how well the media think they know our celebrities, their insight into their lives is often strickly limited by what they want the media to know.
"Obviously Sandra Bullock has a very tight circle around her of family and friends.," explains Hollywood Life senior reportr Corynne Steindler. "Everyone aaaumed she was hiding out because of the humiliation Jesse James brought upon her, so I don't think anyone imagined there was another reason for her secrecy ! A new baby is such a happy thing, and now we all know that she wasn't being ashamed or hiding out in embarrassment - she was a mother protecting her newborn. Adoption documents are obviously kept private , but the paper trail to maintain a secert this big had to be a long one. Sandra had been working on this adoption for four years, and yet no one who dissects such things was any the wiser. That means that nearly everyone around her is fiercely loyal and that some of the folks involved obviously signed serious confidentiality agreements.
She most likely had all parties involved sign non-disclosures that probably carried with it a hefty dollar amount if any information was revealed. Shandra may have also used a fake name, as many stars do like when they travel and stay in hotels, explains 'Cult of Celebrity' author Cooper Lawrence.
Then, there's the divorce filing, which is generally public record and free for every person - and news agency - to peruse. Bullock kept the tabloids and bloggers off her back by going rogue, in a sense, adding a bit of mystery to her divorce filings.
In the papers, which TMZ has, Bullock uses her initials (backwards ) "B.A.S" instead of a name for herself, and also refers to Jesse under his initials,"J.G.J." Strangely, the document also states that "there is no child under eighteen years of age or otherwise entitled to support who was born or adopted of this marriage and none is expected.
The story has had magazine editors shaking their heads all morning . I spoke to one who was unable to stop yelling, What the F !" There have been paparazzi on Sandra's behind since the lead-in to Oscar season and more so after Jesse James indiscretions were made public. You can bet those paps were trying desperately to shoot inside her house and her backyard ! Stars can't protect themselves from most thingd, but like a lion will do anything for it's cubs, a mama can find ways to shield her baby from the tabloids.
"A woman can't always protect herself from her Nazi-loving girlfriends, but she can protect the sanctity of the bond with her child, particularly at such an important , formative moment of their relationship," explains Katherine Rosman, author of the memoir ' If You Knew Suzy,' which is about her own bond she had with her late mother. What a beautiful baby and he will be a joy to you keep him close to your heart and he will make you proud. Jesse James: Mistress # 2 Writes Letter To Sandra "WTF"

Melissa Smith, the second woman to come forward as one of Jesse James mistresses, has apologized to Sandra Bullock.
Smith faxed a letter to the Oscar-winning actress, taking responsibility for the affair, TMZ reports.
In the letter, Smith wrote:" I felt I needed to reach out to you and tell you how deeply sorry I am for everything that you've been through, and I know nothing I can say in this letter is going to make the pain of my actions go away," she continued.
"I am sorry for any hurt or pain that I have caused you. My actions of engaging with a married man are unforgivable. I never meant you any harm," she added.

Smith said she will "never forgive" herself and implored Sandra to contact her. "Please contact me if you wish to discuss on the phone or in person."
According to a report in STAR magazine, Melissa, a stripper, claims she and Jesse met through MySpace in 2006, after James contacted her. It was during their first meeting that they engaged in sexual relations, Melissa said. " We ended up having sex on his couch, and he didn't use a condom."
Their affair continued for two years, and Smith added that he never wore his wedding ring or spoke of his wife.

This letter comes on the heels of an interview with mistress # 1, 'Bombshell' McGee, who offered to sit down and talk with Bullock about her relationship with James. "I'm not begging for anyone's forgiveness, but if Sandra would like to have a woman-to-woman talk, I would be open to it," McGee told Life&Style." I would like to sit down with Sandra and speak one-to-one," she said."I'd let her ask me questions , and I would be honest and open with her about the affair. If that would help her heal, I would do it."

When Sandra Bullock thanked her bad-boy husband , Jesse James as she accepted her best actress Oscar for "The Blind Side,"she may not have known that while she was away shooting the film, Jesse was carrying on a steamy affair with a tattoo model. While Jesse has had an 11-month affair, including five weeks of sex , with Michell "Bobbshell" McGee, she believed he and Sandra was no longer together, I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was still a married, Michelle tells "IN Touch" magazine in an exclusive interview. He gave me the impression they was separted. For weeks while Sandra was in Altanta shooting "The Blind Side," Michelle had sex at least once a week with the "Monster Garage " star. Far from a one night stand, his relationship with Michelle was intimate and highly charged. Michelle even says she calls Jesse, who didn't wear underwear or condoms, by a special pet name, Vanilla Gorilla," because he was so "well endowed."
While Jesse was in Altanta with Sandra when she started to film The Blind Side, Michelle sent West Coast Choppers a friend request because she hoped to snag a modeling gig there. Stars Support Poor Sandra Bullock

Jesse James might want to avoid showing his face in Tinseltown -- or any town -- for a while. Not only has Sandra Bullock gained the public's sympathies (if your friends are anything like ours, they're firmly on Team Sandy), but celebrities are also coming out to show their support in messages ranging from diplomatic to scathing.
In the midst of the second "Blind Side" premiere cancellation -- neither the Berlin premiere nor the London first showing will be graced with Sandra's presence. -- stars have been revealing their feelings about the turmoil surrounding Bullock, whose husband of nearly five years, Jesse James, allegedly cheated on her with a tattoo model while Bullock was filming "The Blind Side."

Bullock's "Speed" co-star Keanu Reeves sent his sympathy and support.
Fellow Oscar winner Mo'Nique offered to lend Bullock an ear, saying, "Sandra, if you need me, sugar, call me, baby..."
Betty White is reportedly furious at James and can't say his name without cursing. Apparently White, who co-starred with Bullock in "The Proposal," "wants to kick James' a--."
A number of stars took to Twitter to express their feelings.
An angry Patti Stanger of "The Millionaire Matchmaker" said, "Sandra: don't need to be with a loser like Jesse" while Meghan McCain was perplexed: "what the hell Jesse James?!?!"
Maria Menounos was equally heartbroken: "sandra b: my heart bleeds for you. Sending you a huge hug, lots of love and hope-there is a good man for you out there.you deserve better."
These messages and hundreds more come in the wake of tabloid reports that Bullock and James are consulting with divorce attorneys.

While Bullock is taking a break from the public eye at the moment, James hasn't shirked his job responsibilities. Word has it he went back to work at his motorcycle shop, West Coast Choppers, over the weekend. That doesn't necessarily mean it's business as usual for James, though. Reports of his return to the job have described him as "very upset" and "very quiet."
