Dr.Jacquelyn Kotarac Gets stuck In Boyfriend's Chimney.... Dies... 'WOW'!

     Bakersfield, California  - A doctor involved in an "on-again, off again" relationship apparently tried to force her way into her boyfriend's home by sliding down the chimney , police said. Her decomposing body was found there three days later.
    Dr.Jacquelyn Kotarac, 49, first tried to get into the house with a shovel, then climed a ladder to the roof last Wednesday night , removed the chimney cap and slid  feet first down the flue, Bakersfield police Sgt. Mary DeGeare said.
    While she was trying to break in , the man she was pursuing escaped unnoticed  from another exit  "to avoid a confrontation," authorities said.
    Dr. Jacquelyn Kotarac from Bakersfield, California , is seen in an undated photo from Facebook. She died after getting stuck in a chimney while apparently  trying to break in her boyfriends home. The man's idenity was not revealed by police , but the man who resides in the home is William Moodie, 58.
   " Dr. Kotarac made an unbelievable error in judgement and nobody understands why , and unfortunately she passed away," Moodie told the  Associated Press. "She had her issues  - she had her demons - but I never lost my respect for her."
    Reached by telephone , Moodie did not dispute the police characterization of his relationship with Kotarac. He would not comment on the circumstances that led to her death, saying it was more important to focus on the good she did in life.
    Moodie, who runs an ebgineering consulting firm, said Kotarac  was a superb interist who often provided service and medication free of charge to her patients.
    Kotarac appartently died in the chimney , but her body was not discovered until a home-sitter noticed a stench  and fluids coming from the fireplace Saturday , According to a police statement. The house-sitter and her son investigated with a flash-light and found Kotarac dead , wedged about two feet above the top of the interior  fireplac opening.
    Firefighters spent five (5) hours late Saturday dismantling the chimney and flue from outside the house to extract Kotarac's body, DeGeare said.
    Officials said Kotarac's office staff reported her missing two days prior  when she failed to show up for work. Her car and belongings remained near the man's house.
    A cause of death has not been determined , and an autopsy was scheduled for  Tuesday. Foul play is not suspected , though investigators have been looking into the incident as suspicious.

Matthew Brace :Dad Accused Of Trying To Sell Baby For Beer "WTF"

Police in Chicopee, Massachusetts, have charged a 24-year-old man with reckless endangerment of a child after he allegedly offered to swap his 3-month-old baby girl for two (2) 40-ounce bottles of beer.
"For two 40s, you can have her," Matthew Brace , the infant's father , told an employee at a Pride gas station and convenience store, Police John Ferraso Jr. said.
According to police, Brace and his girlfriend entered the gas station Monday afternoon . When an employee asked the couple how old their child was, Brace made his offer, then placed his child and her stroller in the employee's truck, police said.
The employee then called police, a chicopee police spokeman said. When officers arrived , Brace was discovered with his daughter behind the gas station near a trash bin. His girlfriend , who has not been charged, was inside the store buying cigarettes.
The Republican newspaper of Springfield, Mass. , reports that the couple live at the Econo Lodge that abuts the gas station. Brace, his girlfriend and the baby were placed at the hotel by the state as part of a program to house the indigent.
After his arrest , Brace was sent to Baystate Medical Center for an evaluation, The Republican reported.
At a news conference, Ferraro said Brace's offer to trade his baby for beer was no laughing matter. "It's not a joke; this is very serious," he said.
Damn straight it's not a joke. The baby should never be left in his tender care again. And that young father needs professional help.

My spin on this sperm donor : Just because a male can make a baby, don't make him a father...it takes a man to be a father and to care for his kids and do the very best for them. I hope the police lock Matthew Brace up and tie the key around a jack-rabbits neck and the rabbit goes down his hole and buries the key. My advice to the mother...hon, take your baby and run as far away from that piece of shit as you can and don't look back...but hey, that's just me.

"Family Of Four Mysteriously Vanished"

The McStays, who recently moved to Fallbrook from their longtime home of San Clemente, was first reported missing by Michael McStay on February 15.
Homicide investagators with the San Diego County Sheriff's Department are searching for clues about the missing : Joseph Mcstay,40, his wife, Summer , 43, and their 2 children Gianni and Joseph. The sheriff's department said in a statement that the McStays have not been seen or heard from family members or business contacts in their Fallbrook community sice Feb.4. Four days later, their car was towed as an abandoned vehicle from a parking lot in San Ysidro, two blocks from the maxican border, according to published reports,
Michael McStay told the Times that three days earlier, one of his brother's co-workers said it had been days since he heard from Joseph, who owns a fountain and garden business called Earth Inspired Products.When Michael McStay found his brother's home empty on Feb.13 and again on the 15th, he contacted authorities.
Evidence at the family home suggested that the family had not left on a planned vacation and that the totality of the circumstances surrounding their disappearance was guite out of character for this family, sheriff Lt. Dennis told Ktla-TV. perhaps most notably, the family's two dogs, Bear and Baby Bear, a puppy, were left uncared for in the backyard. The dogs were left outside without food or water, they would never have left the dogs outside without telling their friends, Diane Cirignani, a family friend said.
the Family's sudden disappearance has prompted much speculation, including Joseph may have had business ties in Mexico, or the couple , who marriage in 2007 was experiencing marital problems problems. Cirgnani denies those charges, saying she does not believe the McStays skipped town voluntarily. We just want everyone to know how good a family this is, she told AOLNews, there was no domestic issues or anything else.A search of the McStays home and cars on Friday revealed no evidence of struggle or foul play, no ransom or other notes were discovered, according to the North County Times, which said the sheriff's department planned to search the couple's bank and cell phone records, as well as work with federal offcials to review video surveillance of border crossings, authorities also planned to check Mexican hospitals, jails amd morgues.
The mStays were not a family who planned to abandon their Southern California roots, according to Cirgnani's interview with the Orange County Register. She said the McStays , who grew up in Orange County and had worked in San Clemente for several years, had plans. Summer, a licensed real estate agent , was preparing to get back into the business. Joseph was excited about a large order of commerocal fountains. They also had a housewarming party in the works. I don't understand what happened, a McStay family friend told KTLA at a local prayer vigil, I just want them to be back home.

"The School Bus Driver From Hell "

A school bus driver who drove 37 students while intoxicated was sentenced to five years probation and jail time, but some parents of her terrified passengers say the punishment is not nearly harsh enough.
According to the "CBS Early Show" bus driver Martha Thompson,56, of Almond , N.Y. pleaded guilty November 2, 2009, to 37 counts of child endangement and driving while intoxicated on May 8.2009, while students screamed and begged her to stop. On January 4,2010, the Allegany County Court sentenced her to six months of electronic home montoring , five years of probation, 12 weekends in jail and mandatory alcohol counseling . She was also fined $1,000. A video captured the frightening ride, during which several students begged Thompson to pull over. "The Early Show" reports that her blood alcohol level was .15, almost twice the New York state legal limit of .06 percent.
Grace Scherzer, 16, and Chelsey Pierce, 15, were on board that day and were instrumental in helping their fellow passengers off the bus through the the back exit while Thompson ranted for them to stay on board. Scherzer tells the "early Show" that she approached Thompson after noticing the bus was swerving all over the road. I went up to her and asked if she was OK to drive, the teen tells the Early Show. The teen says Thompson said she was fine, yet continued to drive erratically. Later, the girl managed to get the bus back gate door open and helped usher her fellow students off the vehicle. Pierce tells the news program that she called her mother during the scary ride. Her mom, Lori Loomis, says Thompson's punishment is less than satisfactory.
I am outraged. I am very upset with what she received, Loomis tells the "Early Show. And I just don't think it's harsh enough punishment for this woman. She put all these children's lives in danger . She could have killed them all. I'm very upset with the outcome. Thompson's attorney, Thomas D. Trbovich, tells the Early Show that his client is embarrassed. "She's very sorry that this happened,"he says. "She never, ever would intentionally put any of those children ....at risk."
My take on this crap: What' s happening to the people we put in charge? Do they not know what's important? We are not only having "GLOBAL WARMING" but it seems a lot of people are having "WARMING on the BRAIN." Lets take a look at whats more important , punishing the ones that put our children in danger, (remember they are our future), or some one that has dog fights.

I know a lot of you remember "Michael Vic" the football player, well he did hard time in jail for promoting dog fights. I will be the first to say Michael got his just due. Don't our children deserve better, I think so, there is no excuse for a drunk to be driving on the streets, the judge should re-think his decision and mete out the punishment to fit the crime. Let me ask you, does Thompson punishment fit the crime? Nope!!! Don't think so.

"Mom Body Slams Bank Robber" Way To Go

When Kat Khalid heard gunfire coming from inside a bank where her son was cashing a check, the 48-year-old mon didn't stop to think. Instead, she rushed straight into the shooting spree, terrified for her son's life. Once inside, kat saw a woubded security guard covered in blood and kneeling on the floor, desperately fighting a bank robber armed with an UZI machine gun. Unconcerned with her own safty, Kat thought of her son, 23-year old Brenden, and her maternal instincts took over, and even though she is crippled by rheumatoid arthritis,the 5-foot-6, 160-pound Kat -- who was wearing a pair of Tinker Bell flip-flops - charged the 6-foot-tall bank robber and body-slammed him to the ground.
That was my son in there , my only child. I've heard that you never come between a lion and her cubs, well, I'm a leo, and my name is Kat!
Kat's son was inside the bank to cash a check, and she was sitting in the car in the handicapped parking spot when she saw this guy dressed like Abraham Lincoln going into the bank. He had on a black wig, a really bad one, and a fake beard that looked like it was hooked over his ears, and he was carrying a big canvas bag. I felt a chill go through me, I throught : He's going to rob the bank and my son's in there!" She then heard gunfire. Kat rushed in and saw customers ducking and scrambling for cover. I saw a secerity guard on his knees, he was coverd in blood , the robber had shot him and pistol whipped him. The robber was bent over the guard, and I could see they both had hold of a machine gun, and they was fighting for control of it. It look like the guard was losing consciousness, I thought , 'I've got to do something before the robber gets the gun, because if he does , he's going to start shooting again. I chose that moment to run at the robber and tackle him. I charged him and body-slammed him to the floor. We both went flying, and it knocked the wind out of me. I ended up on top of him, I saw the gun was underneath him, the gun was pointed at the guard, so I grabbed the gun and pointed it at the robber's crotch. I knew he wouldn't pull the trigger then.
I was trying my best to stay on top of him,but somehow he got his legs free, and started kicking me, all the time we was fighting for the gun, he was saying : I'm going to (bleeping) kill you. A man ran over and I yelled at him: Grab the gun. But instead of grabbing the gun, he put the guy in a head-lock .I still had hold of the gun, but I was starting to lose my grip.
My son came running over, and I told him:Grab the damn gun!" He did what momma told him! He twisted the gun out of the robber's hand and got it away from him. Other customers rushed in and held the robber down until the police arrived. My son didn't say anything unti we was driving home. I guess we both was in shock. Then he looked at me and said, 'Mom, don't ever do that again." On November 12, 2009, Kat, who has one grandchild, was presented with a "Courageous Citizen Award" by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office. The robber was sentenced to 28 years to life in prison .
My spin on this: Way to go Kat, a lot of kudos to you, when it comes to a mother's children, we throw caution to the wind. I wonder how the robber is going to be viewed by his fellow inmates.
