Mel Gibson's girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, gave brith to a baby girl on October 30th in L.A..
Their daughter, named Lucia, here with her mom on November 2rd is Mel's 8th child( he has 7 others with his wife Robyn of 29 years, whom he is divorcing ) and Oksana's second (she has a son with actor Timothy Dalton).
My take on this:Beautiful baby...A moment of drunken pleasure produced a lovely baby. What happen ? The baby was due in December a little before the wedding....It was reported Oksana was too skinny about a month before the baby was born. Was she losing weight to make it appear the baby was born pre-mature? Well Mel you are Oksana 's 3/4th rich guy. Tim dalton had the good sense to move on and the songwriter/producer had the gall to dump Oksana on you, because they all knew you were a glutton for punishment and were drunk all the time , and wouldn't know the difference until it was to late. Boy are you a dummy. When will you old fools wake up an realize what a good woman you have at home.Stop using mid-life crisis as an excuse to poke everything in sight....or is it just the water.To be continued:Stay tuned.

' Is Mad Mel's Drunken Stupor Over ?'

Mel Gibson pulled the plug on his Christmas wedding to his pregnant Russian fiancee--after deciding the relationship was doomed by her greed and ambition. To complicate matters even more, Mel admits he still has strong romantic feeling for his estranged wife Robyn, says sources. A lightbulb finally went on, Mel realized not only was Oksana Grigorieva alienating him from his children, but she is incredibly self-obsorbed . Her career and not their happiness is her #1 priority. The 53-year-old "Braveheart" star planned to wed the gorgeous 39-year-old pop singer at his private Holy Family Chapel near Malibu, California, after wrapping up his divorce from his wife of 29 years.But his kids and friends have been telling him for months that Oksana was using him for his money and fame , and finallly he saw it for himself, said the close friend.
When the relationship hit a stmbling block over refusal to sign a prenuptial agreement.Mel decided there was no way he could go through with the marriage. He even began to question whether the relationship will continue after the baby is born . As reported , Mel began having second thoughts about marriage to Oksana as far back as September. Mel was beginning to miss his old life with Robyn and their children, and he began to see a career-obsessed, controlling side to the woman who had stolen his heart. While Mel was thrilled about their baby, he realized Oksana was more concerned about her career and status as an up-and-coming Hollywood star, said the friend.
Mel hated how rude she was to his children. And Oksana established that she wanted say in his financial decisions, he realized that marriage to this person would be a mistake. the Oscar winner- who has been spending more and more time with Robyn lately--fears he's actually falling back in love with Robyn, divulged a friend. Mel knows his relationship with Robyn can never be repaired . But he sees now how good he had it with her and how much he took advantage of her. When they were together Robyn took care of everything---finances, kids, family schedules. She rarely griped to him and gave him all the space he wanted professionally and personally. But Oksana is just the opposite says the friend. It's 'me, me, me!' all the time with Oksana. Mel felt he had no choice but to put the brakes on the wedding--and he's rethinking their relationship also. Oksana has tried to keep free-wheeling Mel on a tight leash, disclosed an insider. Oksana has made it clear she resents her career being on hold because of the baby, which really goes against Mel's family nature. "Mel and Oksana are still together at this point......but just barely.
My take on this: Mel, we the "Partners in Crime" told you in the beginning this wasn't going to last, so tuck your tail between your legs and crawl back to your family. It's not to late to try and repair your family. Maybe Robyn won't take you back as a husband , but she may accept you as a friend and the father of her children. Mel get a DNA test- if the baby is yours, take care of her, the baby didn't ask to be born; that was your drunken pleasure and you shoud be held accountable for your actions. Let the gold-digging bimbo go , let Oksana find another old fool out there to play with.. But hey, that's just me. Stay tuned: to be continued:

9/11 Mastermind Will be Convicted: Obama

President Barack Obama predicted Wednesday that alleged September 11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed will be convicted and put to death, as a top aide urged Americans to trust their courts and not "cower" from terrorists.

Obama, speaking to NBC television during a trip to Asia, predicted that anger at the planned civilian trial for Sheikh Mohammed would fall away "when he's convicted and when the death penalty is applied to him."
"I think this notion that somehow we have to be fearful, that these terrorists possess some special powers that prevent us from presenting evidence against them, locking them up and exacting swift justice, I think that has been a fundamental mistake," he told CNN television in a separate exchange.

The president also explicitly acknowledged for the first time that he will not meet the January 22, 2010 deadline he decreed on his second day in office for closing the Guantanamo Bay prison for suspected terrorists.
"Guantanamo -- we had a specific deadline that was missed," Obama has described the facility as a recruiting tool for extremists and a black mark on the US human rights record.

Attorney General Eric Holder, speaking to the US Senate Judiciary Committee, blamed "unexpected difficulties" for the delay and that he hoped to overcome "the biggest problem" to shutting the facility later this year by finding destinations for some of the detainees cleared for release. With relatives of some of the September 11 victims looking on disapprovingly, Holder also firmly defended his decision to have Sheikh Mohammed and four other alleged co-plotters face a civilian trial in New York.
Prosecutors know "failure is not an option," Holder told the committee, which includes some of his toughest congressional critics. "I don't expect that we will have a contrary result."
"We need not cower in the face of this enemy. Our institutions are strong, our infrastructure is sturdy, our resolve is firm, and our people are ready," said Holder.

"I believe this decision is dangerous. I believe it's misguided. I believe it is unnecessary," said Senator Jeff Sessions, the top Republican on the committee. "The correct way to try him is by military tribunal."

Obama expressed "complete confidence" in the "tough prosecutors from New York who specialize in terrorism" and insisted he was "not prejudging" the outcome.
The five men face trial at a courthouse just steps from Ground Zero, where thousands lost their lives after hijacked airliners were flown into the two World Trade Center towers.
Relatives of victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks, most wearing white commemorative ribbons pinned to their jackets, and many with badges bearing the name and photograph of their slain relatives, denounced Holder's decision.
"This decision is not thoughtless, because a lot of thought went into it, but it is mindless," said David Beamer, whose son Todd is hailed as a hero for battling the hijackers aboard United Flight 93, which crashed in a field in Pennsylvania.
"To put us through this again is unconscionable," said Geraldine Davie, whose daughter Amy O'Doherty, 23, was killed in the attack on the World Trade Center.

Holder rejected some of the principle objections to his decision, denying that a civilian trial would pose a security risk, reveal secret US information, or give Sheikh Mohammed a platform to preach extreme anti-US messages.
"If KSM makes the same statements he made in his military commission proceedings I have every confidence the nation and the world will see him for the coward he is," Holder said, using the common abbreviation for the alleged terrorist's name.

"By holding these terrorists responsible for their actions, we are finally taking ultimate steps towards justice. That is why I made this decision," he said

Johnny Depp Wins Second 'Sexiest Man Alive' Title

Get lost, Hugh Jackman. This year's "Sexiest Man Alive" is once again Johnny Depp.
Depp nudged aside Jackman to get the coveted endorsement from People magazine Wednesday. It's the 46-year-old actor's second time as "Sexiest Man Alive." He also won in 2003.
Kate Coyne, senior editor at People, said on CBS' "Early Show" that Depp has achieved an almost "iconic status in terms of sexiness."
Says Coyne: "Johnny Depp was someone who was sexy 10 years ago. He'll be sexy 10 years from now. He's someone who appeals to multiple generations of women."

Depp joins other double winners Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Richard Gere.
Matt Bomer, who stars in USA's "White Collar," was named "Sexiest Rising Star."

Columnist and socialite; she was born November 27, 1962 in Brooklyn, New York to convicted mob-boss, John Gotti, and his wife, Victoria DiGiorgio. As a girl, Victoria Gotti was raised in a modest two-story house in Howard Beach, New York, with her four siblings. She was the shy one of the Gotti children; Victoria was so quiet that for several years her parents suspected their daughter was autistic.

Despite claims otherwise, Gotti says her family lived a sheltered, lower middle-class life with old-fashioned family values. Her mother made all of the children's clothes, and cut the girls' hair. As a teenager, her father was a very strict enforcer of curfews and was insistent on screening Victoria's boyfriends.Gotti's father was also frequently in-and-out of jail during her childhood. Her mother told the family that their father was away on business as a plumbing supplier, helping to build a prison facility. "I was raised to believe...none of what you hear, and only half of what you see," Victoria has said of her early years with her father.

The young Gotti daughter was an avid reader and devoted straight-A student. She skipped two grades in high school, entering St. Johns University in 1977, at the age of 15. While she was still attending St. Johns, Victoria was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse, a condition that makes the heart race, causing dizziness and palpitations. Her condition meant that Gotti needed to watch her health carefully, take regular medication, and occasionally wear a heart monitor.

In March of 1980, Victoria's 12-year-old brother, Frank, was hit by a car after he steered his motorbike into traffic. The accident devastated Victoria, who referred to her brother as her "little doll." Soon after the incident, her mother reportedly hospitalized the driver of the car, John Favara, after she bludgeoned him with a baseball bat. Four months later, Favara was abducted and never seen again. Victoria always claimed she knew nothing of the incident, or her family's involvment in Favara's disappearance.

Despite the tragedy, Gotti was determined to finish college and pursue a law degree, but she dropped out when she decided she was "too shy" to become a lawyer. In 1984, shortly after leaving school, she married her high school sweetheart and "first real boyfriend," scrap-metal dealer, Carmine Agnello. Together, the couple had three sons, Carmine, Frank and John, as well as a daughter, Justine, who was stillborn.

In 1992, when Victoria was 30 years old, her father, John Gotti, was convicted of racketeering and five counts of murder. He was sentenced to life without parole. For Victoria, his imprisonment came as a shock. She denied the court's allegations, and remained devoted to her father. "They don't make men like him anymore," she has said of the alleged mob-boss, "and they never will."

In 1995, Gotti wrote her first book, Women and Mitral Valve Prolapse. Inspired by her own struggle with the illness (she now has a pacemaker), the book documented her heart condition in relatable terms, and was critically acclaimed by patients and doctors alike. This non-fiction success led to her career in fiction writing, and in 1997, her mystery novel The Senator's Daughter hit bookstores to solid reviews.

In a recent interview to promote her latest book, Victoria finally, publicly admitted her mob boss father was a murderer on an episode of 48 Hours Mystery on CBS . Victoria came clean about her thoughts on her dad's life of crime on the show. According to People.com she said:I would lie awake nights and cry. 'Is my dad gonna come home? Is he gonna go to jail again? Is he going to get hurt? Is he gonna get killed?"

John Gotti was the head of the Gambino crime family in New York. He was called the "Teflon Don" before he was finally convicted of 13 murders in 1992. He died of cancer 10 years later while still in prison. It's still unknown how many murders he had a hand in.Victoria has just finished her book 'This Family of Mine': What It Was Like Growing Up Gotti. She said her father approved of the book, and didn't want to be made out to look like a good guy. We certainly hope not.

In Victoria's new tell-all she reveals that she didn't know what her father did for a living until she was in her twenties -- and remarkably didn't know what her husband did either! The mob wool was still over Victoria's youthful eyes when she married ex-hubby Carmine Agnello. She didn't know about his life of crime until 15 years after the wedding! "When he got arrested for the first time, I was blown away."

Victoria also recalls chilling events that reminded her of the life her family lived -- including when her mother stabbed her father with a fork, and when her own husband held a gun to her face. "He was on top of me. I woke up, literally opened my eyes to the barrel of the gun." Gotti may be breaking the crime family code of silence, but she maintains she was given her father's blessing to talk. "He said, 'I have to tell you, don't make me out to look like an altar boy 'cause I wasn't."

The mafia princess also opened up about the mysterious disappearance of the neighbor who killed her brother Frank in a car accident. "I wanted revenge," Gotti admits, adding that most people believed her father granted that wish. Victoria herself believes her father was innocent. "Ironically, this was something someone did and they thought they were gonna get a pat on the back."

Gotti also believes that brother John Jr. -- now awaiting trial on murder and racketeering charges -- is innocent. "John has never killed anybody. John was never a hardened gangster, per se." According to Victoria, John shied away from the family business, and John Sr. was happy to let him go. For more on Victoria's life in a crime family, pick up a copy of "This Family of Mine."

Victoria who has had some financial setbacks since her show went off the air has just made a deal with the feds that would have made her late father proud.Gotti will get to keep her Long Island mansion, which she was about to lose to foreclosure, by agreeing to pay an undisclosed sum for 11 commercial properties previously owned by her ex-husband, Carmine Agnello.

Agnello, who got out of prison earlier this year, still owes the government $7 million of a $10 million ruling against him. Until the deal was made, Agnello's mother owned the properties and was attempting to sell them. Agnello probably put the properties in his mother's name to keep them safe from the feds until he got out of prison. She may have been trying to sell them to give him the proceeds . It would have helped pay down the money he owes Uncle Sam.

Victoria will now be able to sell the properties to pay off the $700,000 currently owed on the mortgage on her home -- a mortage she says Agnello took out without her knowledge and neglected to tell her about when she was awarded the house during the divorce settlement.

The Gotti inheritance seems to be a notoriety that never fades.It moves down the line, engulfing one family member after another.We have yet to hear from John Gotti's grandchildren. It's only a matter of time.
