You don't need lipstick on a collar to know your man is the two-timing type. There are simple tests tha twill reveal his philandering potential.
When you're dating a guy, you can forgive him for some indiscretions, but it's nearly impossible to turn the other cheek if he strays. Well, Cosmo did some investigating to ascertain the traits that may make men more likely to cheat, and some of our findings were surprising eye-openers.
But before you freak, realize that just because he possesses characteristics of a mangy scoundrel doesn't mean he's actually cheating on you. "You have to listen to your gut as well as read the clues," says Gary Aumiller, Psychologist. Run through this list of wandering-eye warning signs to see if your partner is predisposed to prowl.

Cheat Predictor #1.)

Do his parents tend to baby him and help him out of financial jams?
Has he ever bragged about cheating on an exam or paying someone to write a paper for him in college?
If your man seems to have sailed through life without ever hitting the rough waters that rock the rest of us, beware. Privileged chaps tend to suffer from a sense of entitlement so he may believe that the rules don't apply to him. He's so used to getting what he wants, why should he stop now?
"He might cheat because he thinks he deserves to fulfill all of his needs, no matter who he might hurt," says Shirley Glass, Ph.D., a psychologist, infidelity expert. "He probably has little concept of how upset you would be if you found out because he's too self-centered to think about your feelings."

Does he work mostly with women? Is he always logging in late hours, whether it be at the office, at dinner with clients or on business trips? Does he make a lot of money? It's great to date a guy with ambition -- and his deep pockets definitely don't hurt when he brings you pricey baubles -- but the office environment can open the door to private meetings of the carnal kind. According to Glass, studies show that when men cheat, it's most often with a work colleague. "Not only are people with similar interests side by side on a daily basis, but the time they spend together is usually when they're most energetic and look their best."
Unfortunately, the bigger his wallet, the more likely your busy bee is to cozy up with an office buddy.Top-tier guys have affairs more often than those on a lower rung. The better men are at providing, the more appealing they are to women," says Alon Gratch, Ph.D., a psychologist and author of "If Men Could Talk." "Since testosterone is what drives men's quest for power, if a guy has achieved status, he's more likely to act on his desires." Remember that little Oval Office incident?

But before you start staking out your guy's office parking lot, realize that a career-oriented man might just be spending time working diligently. If he sounds happy that you call during the day, invites you to his office and takes you to company parties, you're most likely his one and only partner. It's when he acts more secretive about his work than a CIA agent that he's probably taking on after-hours clients.

Can he talk his way out of anything (parking tickets, rolling into work late)?
Does he make an effort to charm everyone -- your coworkers, your older sister, a saleswoman?
When you go to parties, does he insist on making the rounds?
Your friends and family love him, and he always manages to keep you entertained. How could you not adore him? But according to Glass, sweet-talkers often have a deep need for approval and thrive on attention. So what's wrong with dating a really friendly fella? Well, sometimes a smooth operator's need for the spotlight can't be satisfied by one woman's ego-stroking. And if he's suave with the ladies and wins them over easily, opportunities undoubtedly arise. So even if his intentions aren't more than friendship, the women might be willing to move beyond friendship, and that's hard to resist.
To determine if your charmer might become a two-timer, watch how he interacts with you in social settings. A guy who wants to play with other partners may brush you off when chatting with a new female friend or get noticeably more uncomfortable with PDAs when other women are around.

Do his friends encourage him to join them in just-for-men activities?

A recent study of 37,000 men and women showed that when guys see those around them splitting from their significant others, it tends to encourage them to do the same.
You want to believe that his buddies would have enough sense to stop your guy from canoodling with some cute club-hopper, but they won't always be on your side. At the very least, they'll cover for him."
"He should include you sometimes when he meets up with friends," says Glass. Although your fella's frat pack might seem like the enemy,being friendly to them can do wonders for your relationship. Once you've earned their respect, they're much less likely to push your partner into prowling.

Sarah Palin's secret war with Michelle Obama is exploding as her controversial new memoir tops the best-selllers list,sources reveal.Insiders say that as she rides the wave of publicity surrounding her book, the Republican pin-up queen is taking every opportunity to snipe at Michelle. Palin has been mocking the First Lady and boasting how she's going to personally "kick the Obamas" butts out of the White House

in 2012 insiders say. Sarah's obsessed with the Obamas, particularly "Michelle" one insider says."They're on her mind 24/7."

Palin insists she--not Michelle Obama--is the most important woman in America today. People are waking up and starting to realize the truth. Palin said I'm Alaska-tough, Michelle and her husband are just spineless wimps.

Sarah's aides recently gave her a coffee cup, which she keeps on her desk, on the front of the cup are the words, What Would Barack Obama Do?" On the back it says ," Nothing As Usual!" She shows that cup off whenever she can. Insiders say the two women have never liked one another, but Palin has stroked the bitter conflict as sales of her best-selling book - for which she was oaid $7 million advance - have soared.

Palin made her first promotional appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show on November 16, the day before the official release of "Going Rogue." Palin hardly mentioned the Obamas during the hour long interview with Oprah - The Commander - in - Chief's biggest supporter. Instead she revisited several controversies from the 2008 campaign, including her disastrous interview with CBS anchor Katie Couric. But a source says that behind the scenes, Caribou Barbie [Palin] has her sites set on toppling the Obamas - enraging the President's wife, insiders say .

An angry First Lady is fighting back against Palin.

Michelle said," didn't anyone tell "Palin" she was on the losing side".

Michelle is using a picture of Palin on the cover of Newsweek Magazine to ridicule her nemesis. The picture shows a smiling Palin in a fitted top and short-shorts in a beauty queen pose by an American flag draped over a chair. The magazine has been blasted by Palin supporters, who say the picture- from a shoot for Runner's World-- is sexist and being used out of context to discredit the former governor of Alaska. Still, White House insiders reveal staffers have blown up the cover and given it to the First lady, who likes to show it to pals to poke fun at "THE PIT BULL IN LIPSTICK."

Palin's name is high on the White House's Top 25 Enemies List (which Michelle helped draw up) and which is topped by Conservative loud mouth Glenn Beck. During the campaign, Michelle hated Sarah's snide insinuations that her husband pals around with terrorists, the insider says. Palin made out as though Obama was some kind of secert socialist, that he - and by inference Michelle --somehow didn't share real America values.

Michelle is livid and says," Palin has done nothing but lie when it comes to the Obamas."

Another stinging source of contention is that while Michelle has been held up as a trend-setting vision of style, Palin was pummeled in the press over her wardrobe. The vice presidential candiate was pilloried when it was reported that the Republican National Committee had spent $150,000 on her outfits.

But in her book, Palin writes that she and her family never went "on any kind of big-time shopping trips" during the campaign . However, John McCain's former running mate is still bitter about the fashion flap.

Sarah told me , "the political media praises Michelle for how she dresses while criticizing me for my wardrobe. What double standards", said the source.

Adds the insider," this is just the beginning of what promises to be a long, drawn out catfight between Palin and Michelle as the 2012 presidential election draws closer."

My spin on this catfight: I can't see Palin as President of the U.S....She's petty and can't see as far as her nose, as a matter of fact, Palin don't know her ass from a hole in the ground. The president of the United States has a lot of world issues to contend with, not petty crap that Palin is into. If palin runs against Obama, she will lose big time, it won't be about Sarah Palin versus Barack Obama .It will be about Sarah Palin versus Michelle Obama---and may the toughest woman win....We don't have to make a bad spin On Sarah Palin ...She does that quite well all by herself. Ellen Demands Prenup Rewrite - Immediate Payout

The Daily Beast is reporting that Elin Woods is renegotiating that prenup to get an immediate $5 million payout from her husband and as much as $55 million more to stay with him for two more years.
The initial prenup was worth $20 million after 10 years of marriage. However, the Chicago Sun-Times' Bill Zwecker has reported that Elin Woods will receive an immediate payment "into an account she alone controls," and that the 10-year timeframe -- which began when they married in 2004 -- has been shortened and the value increased "substantially."
The Daily Beast quotes "a lawyer familiar with the couple's negotiations" in reporting that the term of the prenup has been shortened to seven years, and that a series of staggered payments could increase the total value to $75 million.
But apparently there's also a behavioral component to all this: Elin Woods must "be a dutiful wife in showing up with him at social events and in public as if they were still the perfect couple, and sign a nondisclosure form that will prevent her from ever telling her story."
It's important to note that to date, there's no concrete evidence that Elin Woods has ever been anything but the perfectly dutiful golf wife. I'm sure the Woodses would like nothing more than to portray domestic calm to the world, and Elin Woods now apparently has several million more reasons to do just that.

Oprah Proposes To Her Toyboy----"WTF "

Oprah Winfrey is head over heels in love with Hollywood Powerhouse Tyler Perry--and has secretly proposed to the 15-years-younger hunk, says sources. "Oprah is notoriously gun-sky when it comes to marriage, but she'd wed Tyler in a heartbeat" says the friend. The talk show titan avoided walking down the aisle with her former beau Stedman Graham,58, for 23-years.But now pals say the 55-year-old TV queen has fallen hard for the handsome stud who pens the hit CW sitcom House of Pain and appears as the hefty , meddling grandma Madea in a wildly successful series of movies. There was instant chemistry between them from the moment they met a few years ago, says the friend. When Tyler appeared on "Oprah's" show in 2007, she couldn't stop touching him! He even brought her a "Bentley" for Christmas that year!
In the summer of 2008, they went to Italy together and she really fell in love with him on that trip. The following October , when the heart-throb opened his Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Oprah brought along Stedman and her galpal Gayle King, but she only had eyes for Tyler,says the source. Oprah says she knew they were soul-mates right from the start. She and Stedman had been on the outs for awhile, and Tyler came along at just the right time.Oprah told Tyler , he's just the kind of man she always dreamed of spending her life with--and then she said maybe they should run off and get married. The power couple openly hold hands in public, often have their arms around each other and they sometimes seem fused at the hip. Expert Dr. Lillian Glass says their bodies are speaking the language of love. I've never seen this sort of closeness between Oprah and stedman, says Dr. glass, Stedman is not oprah's equal, Tyler Perry is. The attraction between Oprah and Tyler has already ripped apart the talk queen and her galpal of decades, Gayle,54. It was reported two weeks ago, Oprah has split from the woman many believe is her lesbian lover, say sources, leaving Gayle seething with jealousy.Oprah and Tyler raised eyebrows with their public displays of affection on the red carpet at the November 2 premiere of the film "Precious, The Oscar-tipped movie they produced together. They couldn't keep their hands off each other, say an eye-witness says.
The pair has a lot in common, including childhoods filled with poverty and abuse. In fact, New Orleans native Perry credits Oprah for putting him on the road to success before they ever met. He saw an episode of her show about 20 years ago where she urged viewers to overcome their painful past by putting pen to paper. He did and starting writing plays. Today, Perry reportly rakes in $75 million a year as an actor and TV producer, while billionaire Oprah scoops about $275 million annually. Their bond only grew stronger when they teamed up to produce "PRECIOUS" and traveled together to Toronto to plug the movie at the city's film festival in September. With Tyler in her life, it's clear Oprah got her groove back, said the source. I think she would marry him in a heartbeat. Their romance has even sparked speculation they'll merge their empires a friend says. Can you imagine if "Harpo Studies" joined forces with "Tyler Perry Studios?" says the pal. They'd rule the world!"
My spin on this: Okay...it's time to enjoy being a woman, is nice to have galpals to gossip and share little secrets with, but there is nothing that can hold a candle to crawling in bed with your very own man and just cuddling close and listening to him whispering sweet words of love in your ears....it's time for you to drop all the loose baggage and be happy. but hey, that's just me. 2009...A Year of Many Losses...A Farewell to Some Beloved Celebs

Looking back on 2009, one thing that stands out, sadly, is the number of celebrity deaths — many of them figures who left a lasting impact on the small screen. This year we bid farewell to a golden girl, an angel, and a moonwalker. We witnessed the passing of America's most trusted newsman and the sudden loss of TV's most prominent pitchman. Fred Travalena (October 6, 1942-June 28, 2009): Some considered Fred Travalena to be a poor man's Rich Little. We say that the master impressionist didn't really get the credit he deserved. "The Man of a Thousand Faces" was actually thought to have a cast of 360 characters that he could conjure, from Frank Sinatra to George W. Bush. He appeared on such TV shows as "Fantasy Island" and "Murphy Brown"

Ron Silver (July 2, 1946-March 15, 2009): If Ron Silver had done only one acting gig, playing the nice-guy next-door-neighbor Gary Levy on "Rhoda," that would've been enough for us. Then add his portrayal of Bobby Riggs in the TV movie "When Billy Beat Bobby," and the man's our hero. But Ron didn't stop there. He made the movies "Reversal of Fortune" and "Ali" and had a Tony-winning run on Broadway in "Speed-the-Plow." Then back to the small screen for "Chicago Hope," "Veronica's Closet," and "The West Wing."

"Gidget" the Taco Bell Dog (c. 1994-July 21, 2009): At the tender age of 15, Gidget, better known as the Taco Bell Chihuahua, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge to eat Chalupas for all eternity. Gidget pawed her way into our hearts in the late '90s, when the Mexican fast-food chain began airing a series of commercials featuring the talking Chihuahua, who demanded, "Yo Quiero Taco Bell!"
Billy Mays (July 20, 1958-June 28, 2009): We spent many a long night with Billy Mays. During those sleepless, restless, 3 a.m. TV sessions, when nothing is on but infomercials, it was Billy Mays to the rescue. And he could sell us anything: OxiClean, Steam Buddy, Engrave It, Orange Glo. (We admit it, we bought some ... and it works!) With both thumbs up, he would shout at us in the middle of the night, not really helping our insomnia, but becoming a pop culture icon. He said once that he gave away OxiClean to the guests at his wedding — much better than those candy-coated mints in a plastic champagne glass!

Dom DeLuise (August 1, 1933-May 4, 2009): Before there was John Belushi, before there was John Candy, before there was Chris Farley ... there was Dom DeLuise, the fat comedian. We're not being mean; he made his living being the heavy guy. He even starred in a movie called "Fatso." And he was one funny dude. A staple on the TV guest-star circuit in the '60s and '70s, he appeared on "The Dean Martin Show" and "The Muppet Show." But he also had his own variety projects; in fact, two were named "The Dom DeLuise Show" and, the obligatory sitcom, "Lotsa Luck." Plus, he took over for Alan Funt to host "Candid Camera" in the '90s.
Ken Ober (July 3, 1957-November 15, 2009): The host of one of MTV's early non-music series, "Remote Control," passed to that great game show in the sky this November. The 1980s pop culture quiz show tested contestants' knowledge of TV, music videos, and all things entertainment by strapping them into recliners and handing them a remote used to choose categories. Ober was quick-witted and casual, a perfect combo for the MTV audience. He was the Wink Martindale of Generation X, going on to host three more game shows ("Make Me Laugh," "Smush," and "Perfect Match") before trading in his blue cue cards for a job behind the camera. Most recently, he produced comedies, including "Mind of Mencia" and "The New Adventures of Old Christine."

Ricardo Montalban (November 25, 1920-January 14, 2009): Even though Ricardo Montalban acted for more than 30 years before being cast as Mr. Rourke, he will forever be remembered for playing the white-suited, fantasy-fulfilling tropical island host. Still, Montalban also spent many years on "The Colbys" and did guest spots on countless shows, including "Dr. Kildare," "Dynasty," and even "The Love Boat: The Next Wave." Outside the television world, he was best known for his role as Khan in "Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan."
Henry Gibson (September 21, 1955-September 14, 2009):Henry Gibson's "Laugh-in" shtick was the flower power hippie who read his own wacky, offbeat poetry. His mild manner was the perfect contrast to the rest of the zany sketch comedy cast. He did guest spots on "Love, American Style," "McCloud," "Wonder Woman," and "Fantasy Island." On the big screen, he was best known for playing country singer Haven Hamilton in Robert Altman's "Nashville" In his later years, he spent several seasons playing the crotchety Judge Clarence Brown on "Boston Legal."
David Carradine (December 8, 1936-June 3, 2009):. David Carradine was found dead in a Bangkok hotel room earlier this year. We grew up watching David play "Kung Fu's" Kwai Chang Caine, the young orphan trained by Shaolin monks in the martial arts . Caine taught us life lessons, such as "Fear is the only darkness" and "The seeds of our destiny are nurtured by the roots of our past." Carradine went on from "Kung Fu" to make more than 100 films, including "Quentin Tarantino's "Kill Bill, Vols. 1 & 2," as the title character.

Soupy Sales (January 8, 1926-October 22, 2009): Milton Supman and his two brothers had unusual nicknames as kids: "Hambone," "Chicken Bone," and "Soup Bone," which they later shortened to Soupy. Soupy would become Soupy Hines and ultimately Soupy Sales as he started to develop his act as a comedian, singer, and disc jockey in the '40s. Sales became popular with local shows in Cincinnati, including the teen dance series "Soupy's Soda Shop" and the late-night variety show "Club Nothing!" But it would be on the kids' series "Lunch with Soupy Sales" (later known as "The Soupy Sales Show") that Sales welcomed celebrity guests, such as Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis Jr.
Karl Malden (March 22, 1912-July 1, 2009): Malden began his acting career on radio and the stage before landing roles in such iconic '50s films as "On the Waterfront" and "A Streetcar Named Desire," for which he won a Best Supporting Actor Oscar. But despite his numerous film credits, Malden didn't become a household name until he appeared on the hit TV series "The Streets of San Francisco." He starred alongside the young Michael Douglas (and later Richard Hatch).The show was canceled after five seasons, and Karl would appear on TV again in guest spots on "The West Wing". But his greatest TV accomplishment was helping weary travelers stay safe from theft on the open road, pitching American Express Travelers Cheques with the famous line, "Don't leave home without them."

Ed McMahon (March 6, 1923-June 23, 2009): While Ed McMahon will be always remembered as Johnny Carson's sidekick, his list of accomplishments beyond "The Tonight Show" is impressive. He hosted the legendary talent show "Star Search" and the long-running "TV Bloopers and Practical Jokes," he was the face of the American Family Publishers sweepstakes, and he was Jerry Lewis' right-hand man on the annual MDA Telethon.

Bea Arthur (May 13, 1922-April 25, 2009): Emmy and Tony Award-winning actress Bea Arthur caught TV lightning in a bottle twice, but she did not achieve success on the small screen until she was 49 years old. In 1971, she took a guest-starring spot on "All in the Family," which led to the title role in the ultra-liberal, highly controversial spinoff "Maude." And then again in the '80s, she had another sitcom hit, starring as one of four geriatric spitfires sharing a house in Miami, Florida, on "The Golden Girls." Arthur continued to work into her early 80s; her final TV appearance was in 2005, playing Larry David's mother on "Curb Your Enthusiasm."

Farrah Fawcett (February 2, 1947-June 25, 2009):. The "Charlie's Angels" star wasn't the best actress, but she cornered the market on '70s style — what girl didn't want to have that long, blond feathered hair? — wielding a gun in a bathing suit and high heels. (Don't try that at home.) She was only on the first season of the sexy detective series, but she obviously made her mark. She was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role in the 1986 film "Extremities." And no one should forget her triumphant return to television in the 1984 TV movie "The Burning Bed," which earned her the first of her four Emmy nominations. The last nod came just last year, for the documentary "Farrah's Story," the graphic and tragic tale of her long battle with cancer. Source: GetBack
Michael Jackson (August 29, 2958-June 25, 2009): There probably isn't a person on this planet (or any other) who doesn't know that Michael Jackson died this year. . In 1969 Ed Sullivan introduced the world to the nine-year-old Jackson and his brothers, and their group, the Jackson Five, quickly became stars of the talk-and-variety-show circuit. They did them all, from "The Flip Wilson Show" to the "Sonny and Cher Show" and even "The Carol Burnett Show." They played on "American Bandstand," "Soul Train," and every awards broadcast known to man. But the highlight of Michael's TV career to us was his appearance on Marlo Thomas' "Free to Be You and Me," singing "When We Grow Up" with Roberta Flack. The rest of his career is well known history.

Patrick Swayze (August 18, 1952-September 14, 2009): From his classics, "Dirty Dancing" and "Ghost," you might think of him more as a movie star, but Patrick Swayze kick-started his career on TV. One of his earliest featured roles was playing Bandit on a short-lived "Warriors"-inspired series, "The Renegades." He went on to share the spotlight on the big screen with the Brat Pack in "The Outsiders," but he then broke out for the 1985 TV miniseries "North and South." . And he came back to the small screen toward the end of his life to shoot one season of the A&E drama "The Beast," working right up until he lost his battle to pancreatic cancer.

Walter Cronkite (November 4, 1916-July 17, 2009): "And that's the way it was," in July 2009, when consummate newsman Walter Cronkite signed off one final time. "The most trusted man in America" brought us the news of Kennedy's assassination, showed us a man walking on the moon, took us to a war-riddled Vietnam, and gave us all the sordid details of Tricky Dick and the Watergate scandal. He was the embodiment of an era and one of the last of the great newsmen who reported facts instead of interpreted them.

"Is This The End For Callie & Eric ?"

When Adam Rodriguez returns to the Sunshine State as Delco to continue his recurring arc, he won't be helping out his old colleagues in their search for forensic evidence.
In fact, this time around , he'll be facing them from accross the aisle in court, as an expert hired by defense attorney to get a supect caught by "Horatio "[ David caruso] and the gang off the hook. And did we mention that the gig involes scrutinizing the evidence-gathering prowess of his old flame, Calleigh [Emily Procter]?Still , even that awkward setup isn't enough to kill the mood between the flirty twosome.
We never had the chance to completely unleash this sexual tension---it's unrequited love that never fully bloomed into all out romance, so it really does lie beneath everything that's written about us, explains Rodriguez. Adds Procter, "I think it's just our natural way with each other." As for whether or not it's really over between the CSI's, Procter, who admits to actively campaigning for Rodriguez's full-time reinstatement, has a theory: I'm thinking that they didn't actually break-up. Rodriguez laughs and says, "I think she could be right. There's definitely something goingon, even if it's only in our minds !"
Rodriguez also has a five(5) episode stint this season on "Ugly Betty", which Procter counts as competition. They took him [Adam] to the "Bahamas" to film, which, I feft was nat really fighting fair, says Procter.
My take on this: Adam is carrying his career in the right direction, getting his career back on line. People really watch to see what Horatio is up too, and his storyline is almost non-existence .Everyone knows DC has a lot of irons in the fire...with all his payouts to ex-wives and lovers, he's still a rich old dude. I say Adam while the opportunities are out there go for it. If DC's role is not beefed up soon, one more show will hit the dust, as was stated , there is no show without Horatio , how about tying up Horatio's loose ends...the nephew Ray, Jr....the niece Madison...and the son Kyle and not forget Horatio"s bi-polar wife Julia.Now that would be a whole season all by itself, just add Frank to the stew. The reruns are better and more entertaining. But hey, that's just me.
