Sweetie...how's it going , is it still cool up there??? The weather here is nice for a change....what's everyone doing? Things here is calmer that they have been in a long time .
I'm not sure, but if things work out CC will have the most shares . Dad started this with CC and then invited the family...so they go way back.Gil say CC is best suited to run the company since Dad is not able to take the hustle/bustle anymore.
The first thing Dad did after eating was go look at the blogs and then he went to bed. I seen the recipes this morning so I made the chocolate cake and left, he calls me at the office and said he had a bunch of recipes and he/Gilly was calling Mac and they was going to buy a pumpkin.Haha
That is so cute. I can picture Gilly and dad picking a pumpkin. I can picture them in the limo with Mac driving, just to get a pumpkin. The recipe calls for a can of pumpkin but don't tell them.It would spoil their little trip.
Don't really know at this point, he's scared the shit out of them saying they would have to come through me... If he do...he will keep enough shares for Dad to still be CEO . I really don't think Shirley thinks any farther than she can piss, NAN said aunt Mae said she didn't visit her but 2/3 times a year in LA.
Dad just past and asked was I talking to you..I said yes and he said he left you a note and hope he's still in your good graces. Mac keeps a baby seat in there fot Gilly...I won't tell him, I picked up 2 cans of pumpkins today, Dad seems like a change man. Jonny showed him all his new stuff. Jill told Dad she/Sha helped pick them out. Dad asked them what did they get and they told him they had their school clothes.
Aunt Mae sent her 3 kids to private schools and Rosa wanted Gil to go to public schools so he could learn about all types of people,Dad said Rosa told him public schools was good enough for her and she didn't want her son to grow up being a snob.
When I was in LA , I called home 2/3 times a week and went home every other month...my ex could afford it.. When she visit aunt Mae it was like she was visiting a friend. Sis told NAN she will be glad when things get back to normal, the only one ranting was me and they was used to me, NAN said I didn't involve the whole family, i was just after Gil's long ass.
We will find out about the Sensei when we take the twins to karate tomorrow.
I have to agree with Rosa. For a well rounded education you need to mix with people on every strata of society. I think it gave Gil the right attitude and work ethic. The proof is in the pudding. Take a look at his cousins and see the difference.
I didn't see one, I guess I was looking in the wrong place.. Did I tell you he bought Jonny a bicycle so he could ride with the girls, that was before we knew we was going to get him.
I have met some wonderful people in all walks of life some good and some not so good...but most of the very rich bitches think you owe them something. Like I told Betts we was not rich, my daddy worked hard and we was comfortable. This damn family is all about money and they wouldn't have a pot to pee in and a window to theow it out off. Like aunt Mae said , if it wasn't for Dad they would be dead or in prison.
You are allowed to rant to people that love you. They don't mind too much. Your family is probably quite used to your rants. I know my family is used to mine.i don't have the energy to rant so much any more. I wonder if they are relieved. now I have to put up with Jaye ranting. Jaye writes a column sometimes for the local newspaper. She can rant all she wants there. We were cleaning out some stuff yesterday and I came across an old newspaper with the column she wrote about the major after he died. I have never read it before because I knew it would make me cry, so I stored it away those years ago and I read it yesterday. She told about the time when she was a kid and he was putting up the Christmas tree for them and he struggled with the Christmas tree stand until he lost his temper and threw the tree, stand and all out into the snow bank.
I remember when you said Jaye hated to be picked up and people was so surprise to hear such a big voice coming fron a little girl. I know she and I would get along famously.. Will her friend be able to make it there?
Jonny was calling him poppa like the girls . I told Sis what you said aboud giving him daddy name and it meant a gift from God and Maddox meant the same...and she said you are a very wise lady and he is a gift from God. He was always meant to be mine, it just took a long time for him to get to me.
Jaye might start one on her own while she's waiting. I wish I could write , I would write about my crazy-ass family, the boot-leggers/the madames and the whole crooked bunch...shit when we was in N.O. I was a little girl but I remember the stills my uncles had and they had gils for hire. Hahaha..they didn't call them prostitutes.
Sis said din't I find it strange with all the kids here he picked my kids to hang around with and not to forget the kids across the street where he lived..things happens for a reason.
We will have our first visit with the psychologist this week starting Wednesday and I will have my first visit with child services next Monday. Annie says she's happy to see him so happy .
Jonny is going to be a devoted big brother to the others too.It evens out the family too, two boys two girls. Gilly will have an ally later, when he needs to know boy stuff.
No my mama was killed in the train/ automobile wreck and after a year my daddy relocated his insurance office here because everywhere there he could see my mama..he bought this property and it wasn't hard for them to find jobs, Chris was in college , my two older brother's was in daddy business and the Sis was in nursing ..and the rest was in education .
Has Annie come around to see him?? He will need her presence less and less as time goes by. The psychologist is such a good idea. You all have a place to say what you feel and not be judged. You can't do this stuff at home even though you might think you can. The Doc will pick up on any problems and he might want Annie to come to a few sessions.
I'm putting the kettle on. I long for a snack. I think I'll eat some celery. I watched Titanic (the movie) last night. I guess because it has been in the news lately. I have to check their website for the latest pictures.
Sha is helping Jonny with his reading/writing and she is helping her with her numbers and Jill is watching both of them. Jonny's really good at numbers. He's reads a little better. Dad is going to take them to Sams to get the series you said the twins said he would like.
The psychologist said he wants Annie to come in and answer a few things about her/him...not to condemned her but to better help Jonny and the doc says the same as you, we are not trained to look for certain signs and how to handle them. Annie has been to see him 4/5 and says she's glad he's adjusting so well. Dad says all the child needed was a little attention and love to let him know he's wanted.
I put a post up on SH's about Paris Hilton and now I know why they call her a Barbie doll, her expression don't change ...you can use the same picture over abd over. She is an ugly woman , what wrong with her has she been botox to daelth ???
You're right about Paris. It's like a plastic maask. It's her public face. I think she is completely empty inside, just a little dust and a used condom.
Thankyou..I will write them down. I will make 3 copies and give each one ...Dad is back now and he loves taking them to the book store and Jonny has never rode in the Limo. Mac says Dad sits down and have a cup of coffee or tea while they shop and he has a lady there that helps his kids....so they each will have a list.
Well the old clock has tick-tocked to that magic hour , it's like a tornado here in the morning, I'm glad we have enough bathrooms and I lay out their clothes at night. If anything happens I will let you know.
Left a note on World's deepest bin until I came back on ...sent you an e-mail 7:PM my time , didn't notice I was one post down....HA !
ReplyDeleteHi cutie...got your mail and answer it.
ReplyDeleteOkay,be right back
ReplyDeleteSweetie...how's it going , is it still cool up there???
ReplyDeleteThe weather here is nice for a change....what's everyone doing?
Things here is calmer that they have been in a long time .
I'm sure you appreciate the calm.
ReplyDeleteIt's cool and calm up here.I love it.
I didn't realize Shirley was so distant from her family. She certainly made a point about visiting her mom.And Gil did consider her like a sister.
ReplyDeleteBut any way, another bridge has been crossed and another hurdle removed.Dad will be easier in his mind now.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure, but if things work out CC will have the most shares . Dad started this with CC and then invited the family...so they go way back.Gil say CC is best suited to run the company since Dad is not able to take the hustle/bustle anymore.

ReplyDeleteI seen the recipes this morning so I made the chocolate cake and left, he calls me at the office and said he had a bunch of recipes and he/Gilly was calling Mac and they was going to buy a pumpkin.Haha

ReplyDeleteThat is so cute. I can picture Gilly and dad picking a pumpkin. I can picture them in the limo with Mac driving, just to get a pumpkin. The recipe calls for a can of pumpkin but don't tell them.It would spoil their little trip.

Shirley sounds like a lousy daughter.
ReplyDeleteThat Maxy just brought a big dirty bone in here. He must have been hiding it outside. He goes to the pound in the morning.
ReplyDeleteDad just past and asked was I talking to you..I said yes and he said he left you a note and hope he's still in your good graces. Mac keeps a baby seat in there fot Gilly...I won't tell him, I picked up 2 cans of pumpkins today, Dad seems like a change man. Jonny showed him all his new stuff.
ReplyDeleteJill told Dad she/Sha helped pick them out. Dad asked them what did they get and they told him they had their school clothes.
Have you heard anything about the Sensei ???
ReplyDeleteNOooooooo, just put the bone in the trash...anyway kids (Maxie) love a little dirt..[giggles]
ReplyDeleteAunt Mae sent her 3 kids to private schools and Rosa wanted Gil to go to public schools so he could learn about all types of people,Dad said Rosa told him public schools was good enough for her and she didn't want her son to grow up being a snob.
ReplyDeleteThat's what dad needs now, a little healing time with his grandkids. He can be a real positive influence on Jonny. That's his important job now.
ReplyDeleteHe probably enjoys being surrounded by kids he can spoil. I just read his note. He finally admitted he had a sweet tooth.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was in LA , I called home 2/3 times a week and went home every other month...my ex could afford it..
ReplyDeleteWhen she visit aunt Mae it was like she was visiting a friend.

ReplyDeleteI know she and I would get along famously..
Will her friend be able to make it there?
I knew about the bicycle and mentioned how nice that was to dad, but I don't think he likes to talk about the nice things he does.
ReplyDeleteThat one act of kindness probably made that boy's fondest dream come true.
I bet you laughed and cryed when you read the article about the Major...
ReplyDeleteDid you let Nana read it ???
Mike douglas is on Dave talking about his cancer.
ReplyDeleteHer friend has so many commitments right now they have put their book on hold.
ReplyDeleteJonny was calling him poppa like the girls .
ReplyDeleteI told Sis what you said aboud giving him daddy name and it meant a gift from God and Maddox meant the same...and she said you are a very wise lady and he is a gift from God.

Some things are just meant to happen. Now you know why you were in that place at that time.
ReplyDeleteMathew means 'gift from God' also.Apparently, in biblical days people it was popular tp name your child that way. Both of his names are biblical.
ReplyDeleteSis said din't I find it strange with all the kids here he picked my kids to hang around with and not to forget the kids across the street where he lived..things happens for a reason.
ReplyDeleteDid your parents move away from N.O. to get their kids away from that influence?
ReplyDeleteWe will have our first visit with the psychologist this week starting Wednesday and I will have my first visit with child services next Monday.
